The old fellow was too good now under new management... the new fellow last week can't speak English... why they employ these kind of people who lack basic education... the fellow was with GPS on the ankle... scared now to visit this store..looks like a criminal background... wake up serious flaw employing people who are on gps...I'm sacred to go there now... are you listening?

Very bad service! I tried going to buy something and was told it was closed then after I called the place and asked if it was closed and they said no they were open. I Do not recommend this location go to another for far superior costemer service.

Honestly I don't know what is going on since I've moved back to Cali but this 7-eleven is the absolutely least inviting sev I've ever been too. I grew up going to the one on main st and so I love the chain. Unfortunately this location and the other one in anaheim I'll review later are not inviting or friendly. Which is a huuuge bummer. Usually I don't stop by this one. He doesn't care for you or your experience. I'm pretty sure he intentionally rejected my rewards. Not even kidding. I don't like my experiences lately. Super unfortunate. :/

NOT opened 24 hours. Been here too many times to count and they are closed late night. Between 1-3am, employee is inside but closes for whatever reason.

I came in like at 12:30am and the guy refuse to sell me any beer because supposedly "everyone knows" they close at 12 there. And he was very rude about it as well

I just got refused service because I'm disabled and the man working right now he has a terrible attitude he cannot be courteous enough to help me grab something so I refused service and I got threatened that he was going to call the cops on me for being parked here longer than 5 minutes which is not cool the reason I've been here park longer than 5 minutes I'm waiting for him to finish mopping and there's no signs no nothing that says that it's closed to come back in a few minutes none of that because of my disability and the covid situation the least that he could have done is asked me and offered if I need anything curbside service that doesn't apply here I guess! never again am I stepping a foot in this place I been going to 711s all my life this never has happened to me or anyone else. when they mop they do it in sections and remain open they don't close the whole store the man definitely deserve to be yelps asshole of the month he also mentioned that he has the right to refuse service he's correct but for no reason I think that is not correct. He must be one of those that has something against disabled people. If u have a disability don't come to this 711 theirs another one down the street 1minute away that location is a huge difference the workers are helpful and courteous they always offer to assist me.

Came by a couple of nights ago...and wow...the floor was dirty. If you don't have enough people so you can keep the place clean, you REALLY need to hire some more!
