They are always honest and try to work prices and options. They dont diagnose your car and tell you it has 5 other things wrong with it like other places. Always professional and trustworthy. They also work on European cars. Highly recommend!

I have taken a 2005 chevy trailblazer for them to take out the old engine and put in a new one..he didn't over charge me for it because I asked around and was quoted way more by others. Its been a year since he's done the job and there has been no problems with it. Last week, I took my 1996 toyota camry for a timing belt change. Was quoted at other shops around $500+, rauls price for the work was way below that and he did it the first day in 5 hours, plus he had other cars. I'm not family or anything just leaving an honestly review...place could use a touch up though..

Hard working honest workers. This is a cheap shop, don't expect the best, they'll do everything thing they can for cheap. They fix most of my issues, but if you require something major, you should go elsewhere.

My mom stopped by to ask for help w/ her A/C not working. She was told it was a bad compressor. We purchased a recycled compressor and had them replace it not knowing that when the compressor is replaced the system needs to be flushed and refilled with freon. The next day it was still blowing our hot air. Mom took car back and again they said it was the compressor. I took car to another mechanic who then educated us on the correct process for changing out compressor. Took car back to Raul's Auto Repair and the refunded her the cost of labor and told my mom that they did not have the equipment to do the "A/C" flushing and adding of freon however this was never disclosed to my mom. 2 weeks later, A/C stopped working again - took to mechanic who then informed me that the compressor was being held with a piece of cardboard where a connector should have been. If the compressor we provide was missing a component or that component broke in the install process Raul's Auto Repair should have contacted my mom immediately. I gave Raul a chance to refund the cost of the compressor and the 2nd mechanic's fee since the flush and freon went out the window but he refused to acknowledge that they were the ones to put the cardboard there despite the picture I showed them. My mom is on a limited income and now we have to figure out how to get her A/C working again since she cannot be driving around in a HOT car!!! We will be taking Raul's Auto Repair to small claims court which he was advised of.

Raul and his staff are honest people. I went there not knowing why my car wasn't working and I can tell they only fixed what the issue was and not add on all these "extras" like some of the other repair shops in Sanger. I highly recommend them.

Great honest Mechanic you may need a Spanish translator but Raul will figure out what's wrong with your car in a timely manner. My neighbor had his wife's car towed there I went there with him. We told him the car doesn't start and left the shop 1 hr later Raul called and said it was a bad fuel pump relay total cost with parts and labor = $63. Got the car back same day amazing!
