Having shopped around the area, I found other mailbox services wanting; from irregular processing times for packages, to arbitrary fees for storage, and a general lack of bookkeeping.
This particular Annex has served me and my family for well over a decade, through changing times, I've never found myself lacking any important missives, nor had any packages lost. The staff are charming and transparent in their processes, warning ahead of any changes in policy (as well as providing some pretty generous grace periods).
And with their proximity to the local post-office, you couldn't ask for a better place.
