I am with Bayarea Cellphone companies for 25 years now. Jason is very polite, exact, and a good support for cell phones. He has fixed a G1 handset, which was soaked in water, as well as SamSung Note 2 handset screen, and replacing the mini-USB connector. Price is definitely reasonable. Most definitely recommend their services. The best in the Eastbay!

Seems to be a scam.. phone number connects to an operator who said their service was down for next 3 weeks due to Covid (which would be a reasonable excuse), however, the website doesn’t show any relevant info and seems like it’s a cookie cutter fake business. Perhaps, at most, they serve as a middleman or sorts and just subcontract out calls they receive. That would be the only potentially logical explanation based on the evidence presented. Which again, doesn’t really indicate this is a service worth using, checking out, or wasting any of your time on. Save yourself the 5-10mins and look for another option.

I botched an iPhone repair, and they fixed up my mom's phone quickly, helping defuse a difficult situation. Super knowledgeable, and my repair went very smoothly. Thanks!

Rude people here! How does this operation stay in business when the lady answering the phone hangs up on a potential customer? Calling to find out about cell phone repair and she states. "We don't do that!", and then abruptly hangs up. I called back and she hung up again on me saying that I was rude when she kept talking over me. That is totally fine honey. I have resources that i can make public on how rude and unprofessional your establishment is.
