Since moving to Dublin three years ago, Enchanted Florist & Gifts has been my go-to for bouquets and arrangements. Of the dozens of florists I have used over the years, Enchanted Florist is the best both in quality of the arrangement, and customer service. Just yesterday I received a call that the special vase that goes with the arrangement I ordered was out of stock (no big deal to me) so they added extra decorations to it as a replacement. The recipient told me she was blown away with how pretty everything was.
This is where I buy my wife flowers for birthdays, anniversaries, and spontaneous weekdays, and she is impressed every time. If you value customer service and high quality products, Enchanted Florist & Gifts is the place.

I sent some flowers to my mother who lives in a senior living home - Lance was amazingly helpful and the flowers were delivered in under 2 hours - my mother was absolutely delighted with them. Thank you Lance you made my Mother’s Day

I always use Shay at Exchanted when I need to have a flower delivery done at my wife's work in Dublin. Each time I tell her to surprise me and let her choose and each and every time it goes behind expectation along with a very reasonable price range to choose from. I love a shop that provides good taste and takes all the decision making for me and hits a home run everytime. Flowers are not cheap. My wife loves em so I've had plenty of experience at many florists ??

Great service! A variety of rose colors to choose from. I loved an arrangement that was already made but wanted more roses in it. The owner was so kind & added the roses I chose. They'll most likely be moving near the post office on Alcosta around Mother's Day 2024. My first time there and will definitely be going there again!

Needed last minute flower bouquet, boutonniere, and corsage. It was 6 PM and they closed at 8 PM. They were very kind considerate efficient. Not only did I get all three items, but they also gave me a significant discount for shopping there and had what I needed ready within an hour. At this point, I would not go anywhere else but there.

I live on the other side of the US and found Enchanted Florist & Gifts to send my brother flowers. I ordered online and went with the tropical arrangement, as I know those are his favs. I got a call just a few moments after placing the order from their team to let me know that they had limited options for the tropical arrangement, but that if I had some wiggle room on delivery date and time (same day vs. next day), that they could make it work. I said that was perfectly fine as he was coming back from Hawaii yesterday. They just got delivered to his home a short while ago and his response was perfect! "Thanks for the beautiful flowers! They are super beautiful! It looks like Hawaii." If you're looking for a Florist in the greater SF area, I highly recommend going with Enchanted Florist. I'll definitely be ordering with them going forward. Thanks a million! :)
