I am a bit disappointed in this. For almost $200 (including taxes, delivery and tips) I wish it looked more like the photo. I really wanted a modern arrangement but what the receiver got was something basic. What happened to the vase?I thought it was a cool looking one on the website with some neat brown stems added. guess at least the flowers were the same as pics.

If you care about who you're sending flowers to DO NOT USE this business! I ordered $250 and worth of roses for my girlfriend for her birthday and they never arrived. I called and I texted and I emailed and I got no response. Their mailbox was full.

Placed an order this morning asking for delivery by noon. The lady that answered the phone stated it would not be a problem. By three o'clock I had called twice with no answer. After the third phone call I went to the store front at 3130 crow canyon rd, which was closed. I tried to call again with no answer and stated that I would like to cancel the order. Went to another location and purchased what I needed at half the cost she charged. I tried the number again and stated that I was going to call the credit card company and stop payment. At approximately six (6) pm I noticed that my credit card was charged, I immediately called the card company and talked to the fraud division and explained the circumstances and they stated they would take care of it and stated they would talk to the flower shop. I will not do business with the corporate flowers and gifts again.

Last Week, Zakira crafted me this beautiful arrangement. I plan on gifting it to my grandma for her birthday and I was in awe. She did an amazing job and her costumer service was top tier. I was pleasantly surprised and extremely satisfied. Im so excited to return for more of my needed flower arrangements.

I needed a flower arrangement for my daughters graduation. I’m so incredibly proud and wanted an arrangement that perfectly depicted my fondness and they managed to do just that. Do not use this florist. I placed a online order for same day delivery . It was delivered when it was supposed, plus a day later and it still has nit been delivered! I call and call and all I get is the answering machine. No one has bothered to call me back. I'm am going to ask my credit card company nit to pay them. Terrible service what so ever
