“As a driver, this is my absolute favorite place to go for pit stops in the area! This store one of THE cleanest and MOST organized I've been to and I drive all over the Bay Area. The restroom is ALWAYS clean and the staff are ALWAYS super friendly!! Love the selection of drinks and snacks! I signed up for the rewards program and got a king size bag of M&Ms and an additional chocolate bar for FREE!!”

“Today we stopped the 7-Eleven on Alcosta Blvd. in San Ramon, and from the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile and warm welcome from each staff member. As I started to walk around, I noticed that this 7-Eleven had some fantastic deals. From discounted snacks and slurpees to great prices on energy drinks and hot food items, there was something for each of us. I couldn't believe how much money I was able to save on my purchases compared to other places. But what really stood out to me was the excellent customer service provided by Mike and his team. They went above and beyond to ensure that I found everything I needed and even offered suggestions for products that I might like based on my potential purchases that we had in our hands. Additionally, the store itself was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I was looking for. We appreciated the convenience of being able to grab a quick snack or drink on-the-go, and the fact that the store was super clean and organized was a huge plus. Would highly recommend this place. “Didn't buy gas here. I was staying at a walking distance hotel and figured their snacks couldn't be more expensive than ones at hotel. I was right - the sodas in a bottle are no bargain but I got the freshest chocolate candy I've had in years! There's a variety of hot, borderline healthy chicken and sandwiches. As far as gas station convenience stores go, this is pretty good.---------Actually, bought gas next morning. No problems”
“5 stars for Benton the pharmacist ~he is always cheery, says 'hi' even if he is busy filling orders. He knew my name on (about) the second time I was doing a pick-up!!! (I guess now I am a regular. I would say, I am staying at CVS IS BECAUSE OF BENTON. ~unfortunately, I am not as good with names, but the pretty Indian lady is so sweet & helpful as well Thank You, both ,(laurie). ----------- Two-to-three stars for the main part of the store. Fifty/fifty if you get a 'nice' customer service employee. The two guys-management were very-very nice; there is a new female manager that was totally rude & needs some classes on being polite!!!(3/13/'23 @ 4:04) Also, some items are extremely overpriced... She would go out of her way to help us out just to make sure if the prescriptions are covered under my mom's insurance. Very accomodating! Friendly staff too! I would highly recommend this place. :)”
“Visited here for a flu shot midafternoon in a Tuesday. I made an appointment about 40 minutes prior to showing up to the store. This is the best Walgreens experience I've had in quite some time. Their pharmacy staff was very efficient, there was no large line or long wait. I was in and out in 15 minutes. The Pleasanton Walgreens every time I've visited for a flu shot had always taken 1+ hours to complete. I was quite satisfied that this location was quick and efficient. I didn't need to do any shopping, but it appeared they had plenty of staff available on the floor stocking it ready to help out customers. The store also appeared clean, and well stocked.”

“Today. Was a great day i was waiting in line with some lady who was down on her luck. God knows i was there at one time. The parmacy was trying there best to-help her. She didn't have enough for her mental health med. Something inside me took over. I told them id pay. To make it easier for the lady i hope someday she can do it herself . But what i liked the pharmacist acknowledged me and said i was a good man. Those words were kind and i needed it . Thank you. “It's nice a bright, big box store, but it doesn't have to be since it has a better selection of beer to chose from. I'm glad they have a good selection of Alvarado Street sours to choose from here and some stouts that I can't find anywhere else. The freezers with beer were calling out to me haha. Another great place to buy craft beer in the Bay Area. It's a bit of a drive for me, but one that's worth it.”
