“As others, I got drawn to the store thanks to that wonderful chalk art at the entrance, a beautiful bird cage that is also replicated in life when you enter. I was hesitant because I knew I would probably not buy anything, but I wanted to feel the spirit of a very high end boutique in the middle of that somehow desolated giant new mall. The store is packed with brand names and well selected pieces. I loved pretty much everything. Attractive in all aspects and attached to another store that I assume is the sister boutique for men. There were also items for kids but I had more than enough perusing the beautiful dresses that one day I will buy once my little ceramic piggy is full of coins:)”
“I couldn't be happier with the customer service I received here! I wanted to wear a pair of shoes for an occasion the following day but they didn't have my size. The salesperson said her coworker was helping out at Menlo Park and perhaps they did have the shoe. They did, and Niquey offered to meet me at the San Ramon store after her shift to personally bring them to me. How kind is that?!?! This is an incredible store with beautiful clothing and and extraordinarily helpful staff. I was helped today by Priya, and she was so helpful and kind. I felt like I had a personal shopping assistant. I've always had a wonderful experience at this location, with customer service & just the helpfulness that is sincere.Although a bit pricey, I usually save up enough to use my reward certificates to purchase items. Add 20% with a Black Friday Deal & it is definitely a more affordable option for me.Items Purchased:1.Cozy Karma Twisted Neck Sweatshirt $108I chose the Burgundy color in size XS per the website recommendation, but it was smaller than I had expected so had to go up a size to an S. It's a hassle to return so I would recommend trying it 1st before purchasing. But I love the soft fuzzy lining inside so I could wear this alone without a coat if I wanted to in the daytime.2.Recharge Sweatshirt $79 a nice stretchy material in Cream that I could easily pair with a tank top. This can be dressed up or worn as a casual exercise top so I love the versatility in this sweatshirt.3.Brooklyn Lined Pant $109 a lightly lined pair of pants that can be dressed up or worn casually $ matched with the Recharge Sweatshirt easily. Since I am 5'2" I needed to alter the length & it took about a week, free of charge.4.Altitude Stash High Rise Polartec $119 I've been eyeing this for a while since the $119 was a deterrent, but it was on special for $69 so I bought an XS & it fit perfectly. I love that it's a warm fuzzy lined pair of leggings to wear during the winter season.My next purchase may be the Triumph Hoodie $108, but in the meantime I am happy with my purchases & the great experience I've had at The Lot's Athleta.”
