Went by to do a wire transfer, arriving at 3:20, arriving 1:40 minutes BEFORE closing. Lobby was dead - two coworkers chatting on one office, so I went to the counter, where two friendly employees said together that I needed to go back to the lobby, and someone would help me. I did; one of the two whispering in the single occupied office eventually came out and said to me that the other woman would help me. Four or five minutes later she came out, learned that I needed a wire transfer, and suggested that I come back tomorrow since the first woman had a 3:30 appointment and a 4pm appointment, then would be doing the daily wrap-up.Sell your BofA stock, and move your funds to some place safe; if this is how their branches operate, B of A's future is not very bright.

What a really really bad service , there is nobody care the costumers they don’t care if you are a new costumer or old , they have 5 costumers wait and they have a mood like we go ask for a loan or for something free is really sad because all bank now working with appointment and they don’t care if is your first time and you looking for some information , came on guys take 5 minutes of your time en explain the costumers , especially if you have a line of 7 persons wait more than 30 minutes

Bank of America sucks. Period.If you do need to do business here. Stay away from Niloofar, rookie banker.The manager here Kim is also terrible. She will talk to you in an open lobby about your business and offer no real assistance.This bank apparently will issue cashiers check without signatures.

Always a very long line, never enough staff. It seems this is the new norm for BofA, at least for this branch. They could use chairs a long the wait line for people to sit for their 25 min wait. Its like going to the DMV...oh wait, even the DMV is more organized than this place.

Houda is a superstar. She helped me create my account as smooth as possible and she was so professional, friendly and compassionate for the hour she was with me. Being a foreigner on work visa I understood little about the US banking/credit system and she knew exactly what I needed and was generous with her time giving me advice. She also proactively scheduled a follow up appointment with me to help me set up a credit card. Moving in from another country is stressful and Houda really made my day. Now I'm sad that I'm only in town visiting and wish I could bring her to Chicago with me because I would love to go to her with all my banking needs!

5 people wandering around. One of them is "greeting you". 15 people in line for 25 minutes. 2 agents arguing about whose turn it is to leave the counter.If you run a small business, bank elsewhere

The branch manager is extremely unprofessional and should not hold this position. The branch manager makes accusations and claims that are untrue and gets into peoples personal business. I ran a business for many years and have never seen anyone so unprofessional. This branch financial manager in my opinion has made many fraudulent claims against customers and has ruined their reputation and lives.

My appointment with Shaelee was so smooth and exceptional. Not only did she complete everything but did everything in a very precise manner explaining every step of the way. Bank of America should be proud to have an employee like her because she went above and beyond of what she is supposed to do for me and my husband. Thank you Shaelee for everything you did and only because of you I will be staying with BofA!

Terrible customer service!! I'm a premier banker with Bank of America and they provided zero service here. The manager, she was awful

Something is drastically wrong with Bank of America. Been trying to get my name change updated in bank records for two weeks. After four visits to the branch the business and checking accounting will hopefully be updated soon. Had to call customer service for Business and Personal Credit cards separately for updating the name - still waiting for the forms they promised to send. Still trying to figure out the procedure for updating my LOC accounts. After offering to resolve the issue @ BofA HELP referred me back to the branch. Customer Service are clueless about the process and claim that they cannot send/receive email message which means waiting for hours for one of them to answer my calls. It is crazy and highly frustrating dealing with them when i see other banks complete the same task without even a visit to the branch.
