Excellent products and service. I used to shop for years at a corner store in Cow Hollow San Francisco. It was my go to place for pillows and sheets. Then I discovered their parent store in Marin County.
I absolutely adore their pillows. They have pillows for back sleeping people, side sleepers and stomach sleepers. I always take my pillows with me too when I go on holiday. There are hotels that have fabulous pillows and I just make sure I'm not without mine anyway because my head is very picky. I can easily have a sleepless night or wake up with a headache which I feel is an undesirable and avoidable outcome. I'm sensitive. I highly recommend Warm Things. Their products are high quality.

I have been going here for decades. The comforters are of the highest quality. The staff is very knowledgeable and not pushy.I would highly recommend this to friends family and anyone looking for a high-end comforter.

I just had a very unpleasant experience here for the second time. The first time was 2 years ago. Customer service was lacking then but, I got what I wanted and left and didn't put to much thought into it. Just now I went in and there was 1 man who was helping another couple. I patiently waited my turn. I was disappointed that while I was waiting he did not acknowledge me in any way. I almost walked out then because that is a major pet peeve of mine but, I went in there for a certain item so I decided to wait. When it was my turn he was very rude and condescending to me. I explain to him that my husband is from Europe and that we have our bed set up European style where we both have our own down blankets. I asked him if he had the covers for them in stock. He said he did not know what I was talking about which was hard to believe so I pointed to a down blanket that was hanging on the wall and said "I am looking for the covers for these types of blankets". He said "those are for baby cribs". He knew exactly what I was talking about and I don't know why he would choose to treat me that way. I asked him if he was the owner of the store and he told me to get out! First time in my life to be thrown out of an establishment. I'm SHOCKED and very UPSEPT!

I purchased a Level 3 comforter in the summer. We had just gotten a larger bed and I wanted to get it out of the way, knowing we'd need it in the Fall. Now I'm using the comforter and I'm freezing. There's nothing in it. I didn't even think to check it in the summer, so this is my mistake - but Warm Things is refusing to exchange it. I am not asking for a return, just an exchange as obviously there was a mistake somewhere when it was sent. Had I purchased from a larger, reputable dealer, rather than trying to support the local economy - I wouldn't have this problem now. Do not trust this company and do not purchase there.

Our gang was so impressed with the divine bedding at a Boonville VRBO, we had to check the labels! Warm Things! Post vacation, we headed over to Warm Things - heaven! Fabulous selection of high end, extremely comfortable linens ( There is a SALE Room!) pillow, slippers, pillows...Have been back a few times..We love the young sales lady with the name I can never remember...who knows everything! She is darling and super smart. Bring Money.

I wanted a new comforter, did some research online but could decide. I researched the Warm Things website and was still having trouble deciding so I went into the store. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. It has been a week since I purchased the comforter. The salesperson gave me wonderful advice, the weight and warmth of the comforter is perfect. My sleep has improved greatly.

Wow! I remain very impressed each time I drop in...and feel compelled to pick up a new down pillow, duvet, slippers...there are great markdowns and sales. Extremely high quality... Couple yrs ago, We stayed in a beautiful mansion in Boonville...sleeps 20...5 master suites...each room was outfitted with sumptuous Warm Things linens. Recently Bought two comforters...only one was in store, the other in SF, so I met the owner, Richard as he was driving north, and he delivered the second comforter. Charming...as is the super smart and delightful star employee with the name I cannot spell. She is lovely!

Comforter product is superior but the customer service was NOT stellar. Poor communication skills left a distaste to make any further purchases. After speaking with the manager (J.), I would hope that he addresses the individual as to the importance of treating all clients with simple respect and kindness. Those attributes, along with premium products, service both the client and company.
