“BEST ELECTRONICS STORE IN THE BAY AREA!!!You would think for being in Silicon Valley you would have a lot of electronics stores ala Radio Shack BUT NO...... this is the ONLY electronics store...and even if there were dozens, this would be the Best!!! it has a big selection of switches, cables, capacitors, imagine Radio Shack on Steroids!! this store should be considered a Historic Location so that it would NEVER CLOSE DOWN!! there should be tens of stores like this all over the Bay Area and the World!!!”

“First off, living in Marin, one tends to get used to "culinary diversity" as ordering something slightly different at a Thai place, or maybe getting anchovies on your pizza. Recently, however, we've seen a few new places crop up, particularly in fast-changing San Rafael, with ramen spots, brewpubs with creative menus, and now a Brazilian Steakhouse (previous Brazilian market-type places were just blips on the landscape). We came here for a Sunday lunch - I guess we can call it brunch because of the buffet element (common to this style of cuisine) that includes lots of goodies from the salad/hot bar to enjoy before the meal, although they're best enjoyed DURING the meal when the skewers of beef, chicken and sausage are coming out - it's easy to stuff oneself on delicious feijoada and addictive pao de queijo (killer gobstobber-sized cheese rolls), plus they even bring fried bananas to the table at the beginning. And while one could readily make a meal out of feijoada - particularly the skillfully prepared version (tasted true to my Brazil visit) - it's best to decide what ratios of buffet goodies vs. meat you want to keep for the meal. Because the meat keeps coming, and it's good. I'm loathe to choose a favorite. Individual tastes reign supreme. Thought I loved the ribeye the best, but then unexpectedly the garlic-infused chicken drumsticks won me over. There is filet mignon and top sirloin and even chicken hearts (soy sauce to cut the strong flavors). My wife OD'd on feijoada but liked everything, although we could have skipped the pork sausage, which IS great, but we had enough pork with the feijoada. End of meal is the amazing grilled pineapple with cinnamon, which propelled my wife to heaven and leaving both of us immensely sated. Hats off to the crew, from mastery of rodizio-style service, to simply warm, attentive servers who appreciate that people come here for the experience as much as the food. It's a clear 5 stars for me - I'm not able to find any fault here, from the shiny clean bathrooms, to the comfortable interior, and finally the quality and quantity of the food. Way to go.”

“I started working with Dave Costa and Team Probst in May of 2022. Dave helped me select an excellent MacIntosh hybrid integrated amp, Lumin streamer, and JL subwoofers to go with my existing Aerial 7T speakers. The result is spectacular. More recently they worked with me to upgrade my AV system in a different location and installed an Anthem amplifier, Paradigm bookshelf speakers, Paradigm soundbar as center channel, and another Lumin streamer. The result is truly transformational as the space is a large room with 2-story cathedral ceiling and one wall that is all glass with steel supports - acoustically challenging. All in all AVI carries some of the best hifi audio, home theatre and related products, including power conditioning and acoustic isolation. The salespeople know what Their techs who have come out to my home have been knowledgeable, polite, efficient, and thorough. I recommend them without reservation.”

“I can not remember Yelping a convenience store, so this may be a 1st! Allowing for poor memory . . . :) One of our household made a dinner time trip to this 7-11 and we decided to have their pizzas for dinner. Plus Slurpees. Comfort food over health food - sometimes you just gotta do it! Normally my trips here are for things on short notice, like milk or snacks when I don't feel like travelling to the large supermarket over the freeway and through the parking lots. So, when we got 2 pizzas here - a pepperoni and a cheese - I was pleasantly surprised! They "cook" the pizzas fresh when you buy a whole for about $7, and it arrived home very hot and with melty cheese. The crust is different than I expected, not too doughy but not thin and crispy either. And the sauce was great - slightly sweet but with an after tang that was a bit spicy to me. Very nice taste. Granted, you don't get a lot for the money, but it's fresh, hot and tasty - and that's all we need sometimes, especially when no one wants to cook or spend $30 on our favorite pizza. In other words - a great option for good convenience store pizza! They also have pre-made sandwiches, salads and assorted other foods as well. And the place is clean and well stocked and always friendly staff, although parking can be a bear (it shares a small lot with a busy laundromat) but definitely worth considering for spur of the moment snack - or dinner - needs.”

“The best deals on high end appliances and good customer service. They have a wide range of options to choose from. Because it's an outlet virtually everything there has been returned for one reason or another. Sometimes small dents or scratches so if you know where it's going to fit you can choose something with damage that will be hidden against a wall. Sometimes the items were used once, but everything works. Shawn was very helpful.(Yes, I asked him if it was okay to use his name in the review) He took the time to walk us through all the options. He was very knowledgeable about the products and did not pressure us to buy anything. He told us all kinds of tips and about scenarios he'd seen with other customers. Since we saw things we liked we decided to buy because there's no holds and no guarantee you'll see the same items the next time you go in. They're inventory is always changing since everything is a one off. I recently purchased a refrigerator 70% off retail and it looks and works great. I also purchased a dishwasher at 60% off that was never used and didn't have any damage. It was missing the mounting kit and the original purchaser returned it for unknown reasons. If you are able to pick it up yourself I recommend it. I also recommend that before you go you take all the measurements of the space, your current appliance, and take some photos of where it will go. We were prepared and it made the experience easy. There were other customers in the store that weren't prepared and weren't sure if things were going to fit. When they go back the item they want might not be there.The delivery service doesn't tell you what time they'll be there on your scheduled delivery day until the night before so you can't make plans and basically ruin a whole day. The guys who did the delivery were good, safe and efficient. It's just how the service is managed is really bad.”

It's a convenience store n for illegals like the one at canal they sellore liquor than anywhere else...it not the classiest n mostly Latinos go there but lots of Americans too...good place to get milk,bread ,etc..As for the canal gentry alcohol is the main seller...they are really into the booze...n spend a fortune n also lottery tickets...late at night they hang outside looking at everyone as if that's gonna make them something I haven't figured out yet...different type of people....they are not Americans or have European customs...n they don't like speaking English...the canal is like some kind of containment ghetto...they stay there n live there..few ever leave it.....n the seven eleven reaps the profits...people have gotten shot there...fights have broken out...n if u sit in ur car n watch the circus go by I might learn a thing or two about ha.ving an open border n giving ur country away...God help us.”

“Amid the negative reviews, I had a very positive experience with Best Buy this past weekend, and subsequent followup at the store on Monday. I had to contact Todd, the store manager, to turn in a product that was delivered to me by mistake. I left a message for Todd on Saturday, and he returned my call within a few hours. Todd was affable, intelligent, professional, and responsive. He went out of his way to ensure that it was a win-win proposition for the store and for me. On Monday, I messaged him on when I would be arriving at the store. He made sure his staff was aware of the pending transaction. A staff member, Sharon (also impressive) was expecting me at the front of the store. She promptly received the product, and the item I actually ordered was brought out within a few minutes. Twice, she asked if I needed assistance carrying the item to my car, which was appreciated. I declined. Things could not have gone smoother.”
