“The customer service was outstanding and the employees were very knowledgeable. The store was clean and organized. ACE has a great bbq section! I was surprised to see BBQ Pit Masters products sold here as well as high quality lump charcoal and pellets.”
“Being that we are frequent flyers of Home Depot, I'm finding it very disturbing to know that the San Pedro store is having troubles with their inventory. The inconvenience of placing will call orders that can't be filled. I don't know if it's management not being on top of inventory or the lack of knowledge with management of how much to order. All I know is that it takes time out of our already busy schedules to have to track down materials from store to store. All I can say is "GET IT TOGETHER MANAGEMENT" !!!
As for the store in general, all of the associates are great and go above and beyond to help get us what we need. We appreciate it, but think that it's a lot of extra work they shouldn't have to do.”
