“The service of Enterprise Car Rental far surpasses their competitors. They do cost more but it is worth it for the quality vehicles and the personalized service. I used a different company recently on a trip and it was a disaster. A national brand that rented a car to me with two nails in one of the tires and when I called Hertz (who also own Dollar and Thrifty) roadside assistance, they told me I should go put a tire on the car because if I bring it back with the nails in it, they would bill me for it. Stay with Enterprise. You are paying for piece of mind.”
“Thank you to Stella who saved the day. She really turned our trip around. The day before we had a reservation at a different location. We waited in line for over an hour to find out they did not have our vehicle, they tried to uncharge us for the vehicle they did have on lot for approximately $800 so we sadly walked away with no rental. We booked the very next day at the 2165 Long Beach Boulevard location and though it was a last minute reservation and their lot not too full, Stella was able to help us out and got us in a vehicle less than 20 mins. We really appreciate her professionalism and her great customer service in salvaging our trip.”

They communicated with my insurance for me to minimize direct communication with my insurance company regard to rent-a-car. I will use them again when i need a car.”

I came here with little expectation due to a very unpleasant experience at another branch (1325 W Redondo Beach Blvd, Gardena, CA 90247) beforehand, feeling greatly disappointed with Enterprise. However, thanks to the friendly service of Eduardo Paredes, I pleasantly rented a car and regained faith in Enterprise. And the vehicle was very well-maintained, clean, and there was no smell of smoke at all. “Great experience, very accommodating helping change my reservation from another location while maintaining my booked price. Also, they walk you out to the vehicle and check the car over with you. That rarely happens but I like the personal touch in a world that seems less and less personal everyday with the use of automation. My only question is why I still try using other rental car companies. Anyway he was so patient and so friendly even though there were a lot of other customers to help. He even gave me a ride to my auto body shop. Very kind staff!”
“Highly recommend this place!!I've lived here for almost a year now and I don't see myself moving out any time soon. Kenneth is very easy to communicate with over text, which I really like, but there are plenty of ways to get in touch or submit maintenance requests. When I viewed the apartment, I had to apply quick because these apartments get rented up so quick since they are so nice for the price. The application process was online and made me feel really comfortable about giving my security deposit and information. I also got to meet his dog which was awesome! Move in was so easy. It's way more affordable than anywhere in the area, you get an assigned gated parking spot, and there is not a single time of day that you don't find street parking. There's a pool, jacuzzi, gym, laundry, pool tables. Amazon and other deliveries never have an issue getting delivered. There are cute little restaurants, bars, and a brewery in walking distance, and tons more within a 2 mile radius. It's very dog friendly, and I feel safe walking my dog any time of day or night in this neighborhood. My studio is almost like a 1 bedroom without a door, so there is still some privacy. In the time I've been here, Kenneth has made huge improvements, including redoing our parking lot, which is huge!There's an amazing view of the sunset over the Palos Verdes hills from the back of these apartments, and not a far drive to hiking right over those hills right on the ocean.”

“I have only used Zipcar three times but all three of those times I had little to no issue and the small issue I had was promptly resolved. The issues I have/had are1. There aren't any cars in Torrance where I live. I have to Uber to the car which is either in el Segundo or lax. Which whatever that's not that big of a deal. I have more of an issue with Ubers prices being so high but that's beside the point. 2. I was charged a late fee of $50. I was at the location at the correct time. I was waiting in the car for my Uber because it was pouring rain and I would have been soaked. My Uber showed up 6 minutes after my drop off time. I called customer service and easily got someone on the phone. The lady was extremely nice and removed the fee after I explained to her the situation. So all good.I like Zipcar. The prices are affordable, cars have been clean with the exception of one that smelled like smoke but it wasn't that bad and that's not Zipcars fault that's on the dip s**t that smoked in it. The gas is covered which is awesome!! I actually got a Toyota Tacoma last time and it was NICE!! I honestly don't know what everyone is complaining about because the Zipcar I use is awesome and convenient ish. So Zipcar if you're reading this maybe have some cars in Torrance but if that's not an option fine. Keep up the good work!!!”
