I haven’t been to this place in awhile. I came on Labor Day, it wasn’t packed. I got the gold service, just needed the basic wash and vacuum. So far, I’m happy with what I got.

They used to do a pretty decent job but its terrible work now. For damn near $50 u expect way better. They also left my window open a bit during the wash so my seat got wet. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

I used to love this place! They used to do an amazing job!
Today I came in and found new higher than expected prices. Still, I decided to try them out because it was always worth the price.
Not this time. I payed $65 for a wash plus $10 tip.
For nothing! Not even a wipe down!

Heads up if you’ve been a long time customer - the “silver” package with light vacuuming is no longer what it used to be. Please see attached pictures of what my car looked like after just taking it in. Used to be a spotless vacuum and interior wipe down. Today, I paid $40 plus tip for my car to come out looking like this. The attendant told me the managers have been having meetings about what light vacuuming means, and apparently this is it.
I literally went straight home and spent an hour cleaning out my car myself after I paid for a full service here. And it took them an hour to do it. Absolutely terrible. The trunk wasn’t even touched at all.

Today, I opted for the Platinum service along with a wax spray, which added a dazzling, long-lasting shine to my van. The team at Grand Prix works with a precision that often makes me feel compelled to tip—not out of obligation but appreciation. Their hard work certainly pays off; the vehicles leave looking pristine.
What's particularly remarkable is how quickly the team works without compromising on quality. Even though the service was swift, a glance at the interior was enough to assure me that no corner had been cut. It's the attention to detail that keeps me coming back.
The complimentary air fresheners are a small but thoughtful touch, adding a fresh scent that my wife and I adore. It's clear that Grand Prix cares about the little things, which makes a big difference.
Another plus is the ample seating available, especially the outdoor seating which is perfect for sunny days. A tip for potential visitors: weekdays are your best bet to avoid the rush. Weekends tend to get busy, even in the early mornings. My personal favorite times are just before noon or right after lunch—times when it’s slightly quieter and the service is just as great.

Absolutely terrible for the money. I’ve been here 4 times, each time a subpar job at best. If you’re lazy and the car is gross, then a wash here might be worth it. If not, don’t waste your money. I’ve never been satisfied by the cleaning they do here. Serves me right for coming back to see if maybe the next time they’ll do better.

if i could i will give one star to this car wash. i usually come to this place once a month to wash my car but today the guy try to charge me xtra 5 dollar to vaccum and clean my car from inside even though i ask him to do silver detaling which already include inside cleaning. i went inside to complain about the issue but the front desk lady was so rude and i have to leave without detaling my car i will never come back to this car wash again and never recoomend to anyone.

The price is a bit much, maybe half of what was quoted but most definitely not worth the full amount. I agreed to see their work and for the most part cleaning I'll give a B+ but price wise not all stains and dog hair was removed so to me it didn't feel worth it. If they couldn't get the stains out they should have stated so and not charged me for a service that couldn't be done. Not coming back.Other than my personal experience still a 4 star since they still did a good job cleaning other parts of the car.
