Please note that my rating doesn't reflect my overall experience at this bank, just my appreciation for Mr.Lopez's assistance. If you are in a rush beware... incredibly understaffed branch. I guess one worker called out and someone was taking a break during the rush, at a very inopportune time. Personally, I think it should be better managed and that they should have 2x as many bankers available.”

“I am 28 years of age. I have never once had a credit card in my lifetime. That being said, I have been in 3 banks today trying to inquire a bit more about the services that can be offered. First bank, my 2nd stop would not have been much of a help until the manager intervened. Ms. Harris stepped in before I exited the store. I guess my voice carries, she stepped right in and asked me for more info. She gave me 2 different options as far as credit goes which was much more helpful. I did go to Citibank as well but she seemed to be the only manager from any bank that actually was willing to serve my needs. One of your female reps gave me a packet of info with basic steps. I will not say her name to avoid further discipline but if your store has to meet metrics or your reps are supposed to be capturing members, she was not a good person to have on the floor.”
