“Joe has been keeping my sails alive the past 12 years and at a very fair price! My 3 sails are each about 560 sq ft and used for 20 days sailing SF Bay each year, with many days at 32+ kts wind, and the sunbrella, leechline, clew, and other components appreciate Joe's attentions every 5-6 years! Joe is very personable, his prices fair, his sail loft on the SF peninsula near my home and boat in SouthBeach, and he has easy drop-off and pickup procedures. I'll be seeing Joe very soon, no doubt.”
“Needed some quick maintanence on a couple of my balls and Ray took care of me in just a few minutes. He adjusted my thumbhole as it was too tight. He opened it up a little on the sides and beveled the edge a bit help with a smooth release. Then on another ball, my finger inserts were way too big and we swapped them out for proper fitting ones. Great service at a reasonable price. I'll definitely be back.”
“This place is always stocked. I like coming here if I am in the area. The fitting room is available to try on merchandise but must request it with an employee. Prices are reasonable, place is tidy and organized and they carry many cool top notch brands. Lots of parking.”

Unfortunately Gabi wasn't able to help me find something in my size but we were able to find a very cool black Nike zip up hoodie. It was great so the trip was not made unnecessarily. “Super helpful and friendly staff especially considering they were packed with customers on a Sunday afternoon. They even wrapped my purchase with tissue in the bag, which was a nice touch of privacy because I was shopping with family. The dressing rooms atmosphere is luxurious. Slight ding in star ⭐️ points because there was a lot of merchandise placed in random drawers (S,M,L,XL) that should be sorted a bit better. Based on what I saw there wasn’t any time for the staff to do much else besides help customers so maybe they should consider having a few extra employees on the weekends to help with demand and keep the place in tip top shape. Overall it good experience and their products are great: comfortable, affordable for the quality, and feel/look lush.”
