I was kind of disappointed. I assumed that they would have a bigger selection of Eternity rings. The person that was taking care of us was very friendly and helpful. Her name was Christina if I remember well.

My Fiancé and I went to look for our wedding band for our upcoming wedding this 25th of May and the staff who assisted us was Amanda. She was so nice and funny to talk with. I will definitely go back here someday. If you guys are looking for a legit ring/band I would highly recommend this store. ??

Pushy salespeople. If you can’t find something you like they will stall you and waste your time waiting for experts, business card, etc

Ive been debating on writing a review since it was a couple of weeks ago but I figured my experience may help someone else decide on whether they visit Shane or not. I went it a couple of weeks ago to get my jewelry cleaned and checked on, i had one shane ring and two personal pieces the lady who assisted me offered to clean while I waited. All was fine and well until I overheard another employee dragging someone's name through the mud and being quite mean behind whoever's back. The employee in question was a tall man in glasses. I told the woman who was helping me after she returned and apparently that is a regular thing that happens with that person. I dont fully recall the things that were said but all I remember thinking is "damn this man hates whoever they are talking about". In my Opinion someone like that doesn't belong in a high end business with that sort of attitude and disregard of respect. I will be taking my pieces to another location from now on to avoid being put in a uncomfortable situation like that again. From reading the other reviews I wouldn't be surprised if all the negative ones pointed to that specific individual.

Great customer service! We met with Toni to go over of wedding bands (we had previously purchased my engagement ring with Shane Co with another associate) and Toni was so kind and knowledgeable and patient while we both went back and forth. We had an amazing experience with her and highly recommend!

Horrible not greeted and not even acknowledge to say we will be right with you. Had a very interested customer looking to purchase but was not even recognized. Outrageous (-star)

Terrible service. Walked around and waited 20 minutes for a sales associate to greet us and ask if we have been helped. Cleaning for my fiancé’s ring took 1 hour when we were told it takes 10 minutes. After we tracked someone down, it turns out they forgot about us.

Krystal was very patient helping us look at options for an engagement ring. We came back several times and ultimately decided on something that my fiancé really liked and was excited for. Thanks Krystal!! [Update] after the proposal, we came back for additional alterations to the ring & Krystal quickly helped us yet again.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful experience working with Krystal M. at Shane Co! I came in with little to no idea of what I wanted. Krystal was extremely patient and kind throughout the process, picking out styles for me to try on and did a great job guiding me stylistically through the process. She also made our experience enjoyable as she got to know us a bit so it really felt like a friendly exchange with no pressure or strings attached. She always responded to many emails and made sure we were taken care of! Thank you Krystal!

Very poor customer service.
Couldn’t locate the purchase of item needing repair. Had to call customer service who located the item and gave me the info to go back to the store. Ugh… two separate trips!! Not good.

Wow! The staff at the San Mateo store were SO lovely, and the jewelers did an INCREDIBLE job fixing / resizing my wedding ring / bands! I feel so relieved knowing that my ring is more structurally sound, and I’m amazed by how sparkly and new it all looks now!!
