Hidden gem for scotch/whiskey enthusiasts. Constantly has new/unique bottles at pricing better than or equal to other stores. Owner is always friendly and helpful.

Nice to have liquor stores nearby with a decent selection. I needed a bottle of booze for a white elephant exchange party and I found what I was looking for. The manager was very nice and helpful.

Thank you to the owner who opened the store up for one more sale after seconds from stepping out the door and closing. I didn't realize the store closed before 9pm and I was running around last minute to purchase alcohol. The owner is super friendly, provides awesome recommendations, and is extremely helpful. I moved across the bridge so I do not get the luxury of having this level of care at my local liquor store but any time I am in San Mateo this is the best store to go to! Next to Walgreens

Such a great store, and such an amazing owner! He's so kind and nice to his customers. I walked in not really knowing where to look or what to get and he was so kind to recommend a great brand of sparkling wine. I highly recommend supporting his store before going to a franchise store for your liquors.
