Crash Champions of San Mateo provided exceptional service from start to finish! I brought in my Tesla for a front bumper repair/replacement after it was backed into while parked. As a Tesla-certified shop, they knew exactly what needed to be done and handled the repair with expertise. The turnaround time was impressively quick, and they delivered my car on schedule, looking brand new. The customer service was outstanding, from the friendly office staff to the skilled repair team. Special shoutout to Nelson and Daniel for their professionalism and for accommodating my modified car without hesitation. Highly recommend their service for anyone needing top-tier auto repairs!

This shop is amazing - Nelson turned around an estimate immediately, and was responsive with my questions before sending the car in.
The car was fixed ahead of schedule, so fast, that they even stored it for several days after.
Something happened outside of their control, and they took care of it without a problem. Juan helped with this as well, and checked in multiple times ensuring this was resolved.
Can't recommend this shop enough, they were great all around. FWIW, their prices were very reasonable as well.

Shoutout to Nelson Martinez for taking care of my Model 3. The repair quality is excellent. Car was washed and ready for pick up with a quick turnaround. I appreciate Nelson and the team at Crash Champions in San Mateo. Definitely would return in the future!

I went to Mr. Stich to see if I can have my warped door panel repaired. The owner Len advised me to have it removed by Crash Champions next door so that he can repair it. I was met by Frank, the
Manager. He immediately asked Jose to help me. Jose promptly removed it for me. Frank was very helpful and friendly. I am grateful for his kindness!

Had a really bad accident in Los Angeles California had to drive my car back home after it got fixed. My car got fixed at crash champions at the Los Angeles facility/location. I was told that I can go to any crash champion facility/location with any issues or concerns that I have. I had a little issue with one of the door panels went to the San Mateo facility/location and Spoke with Nelson I told him the problem. I had it fixed within 15 minutes. He was great, very professional very helpful kind and told me if I ever have a problem, don’t hesitate to go back or call him.
And I really appreciate that he just went ahead and fixed the problem and I didn’t have to make an appointment. Also, the two ladies in the office (sorry, didn’t get their names ) were so professional kind I made sure to let me know if there was any other problems or issues to don’t hesitate to call them!
