After being disappointed with the Arcadia branch, I came to this Huamei! The young lady Rosalyn is very enthusiastic and helpful! Highly recommended. If you want to come to this bank, don’t go to that weird place. After depositing money, you still have to look at your face to do business. It’s really as uncomfortable as eating shit.

COVID-19: Social distancing is not enforced at this establishment. Some of the staff wears a mask. All customers are not expected to wear a mask. It's optional now. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is open and available with no limited capacity. They are not sanitizing in between customers. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was asking some questions in this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is located right in front of the establishment. I also avoid coming to this bank often because of the parking situation. I hate street parking because I dislike back up into a busy street. I always get very anxious when backing out into the street. Especially a very busy one. Staff: The staff here are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The establishment itself is very tidy, clean, neat, and organized.

Horrible customer service. People here are not nice they rather turn customers away than take more business. This bank is empty and seem they don't need customers. Do not come here.

THE WORST BANK I've ever dealt with. The employees are not trying to be helpful. They could care less about their customers. And by they way, they would just close your account without notifying you. I tried to deposit some checks today and shockingly found out my account has already been closed by the bank. What the heck!

This is the worst branch of East West Bank. They don't care and will make you wait for a long time even if there is no one in line. They don't even apologize or say we will be right with you. They'll just ignore you until another customer comes in. Go to the one on fair oaks avenue. They're a lot nicer and polite. I only come to this one because it's by my house but I'm tired of waiting when there are so many people working that will just ignore you. It's ridiculous.
