I had bought a phone a month ago at this Walmart and dealt with a manager that rang up my purchase of a phone and a monthly card. He was very angry , rude and disrespectful and talked to me as if I was hard of hearing. I recommend other Walmarts , specifically the ones in Escondido and Oceanside . Great customer service and professional management.

It's kind of a dump. I've needed this or that so I've gone and I'm sure I'll go back, it's not atrocious but it's a last resort usually. If anything is locked up you can just about forget about buying it though, you can ring the buzzer, ask employees to get someone with a key, no matter, the cavalry ain't comin.

Really? I had to walk around a manager/supervisor taking selfies to see the clearance in the Halloween section? I knew they were managers/ supervisors since they were wearing those walkie talkies. One was wearing a blonde wig and oblivious to the customers trying to shop. Completely in the way and ignoring us clearly noticing that we wanted to look. My boyfriend and I just walked away. Screw that. It was on 11/7/2023 around 7:25 pm. Please re-evaluate your staff.

My husband and I waited for 45 minutes in the Lego sections asked 4 different employees who can help us they all said they didn't have walkie talkies it's almost like they don't care. So you know what you're a horrible store horrible employees horrible service. They instead just don't care when I called customer service they hung up on me so now I'm here.

Five stars to Ron in the electrical dept dude was calm, cool and collected when he had maybe 5 other customer staring at him another one of his co-worked walked by scream at him "RON ARE YOU GOING TO HELP THIS PEOPLE" what a jerk and Ron very calm replayed I'm currently helping a customer (ME) bought a PS5 and I also needed a charger out of the locked glass cage, made me feel like I was the only customer in that store at that time... Good customer service Ron !.. Walmart should make you customer relations manager... You Rock!! Give this man a raise !....

I went in to buy a few things that we needed. One of which was an Electric Toothbrush. I was in a lock case. Finally found a button to push for help, of course they don't put it where you can find the darn thing. I must have pushed it at least three times and nobody came. Finally, an employee walked buy and I asked for help. He said in a minute. Then he came back again. Then again. On the fourth time I said sir, he said in a mintue. By this time, I had waited a half hour, and I was done within a minute. So, I left and as I left, I ran into him. He didn't even ask if I still needed help. The Customer service here is none, there is no customer service at all. If you can find someone to help you, they are rude and treat you like you are stupid. I wouldn't shop here if you paid me. I will use another Walmart before I come to this one again.

Sadly, not a happy experience. Customer SERVICE was anything but. I bought an item online at walmart.com. You would think you are dealing with Walmart and if you need to you can go to Walmart to get a refund. Come to find out NO!!! Even though all the email communications were from Wal-Mart signed "The Wal-Mart Team" there is no "Team" work at all. I was told that the item was some third party market seller or some such thing and that they cannot refund the money and that i have to email the seller direct. Turns out the so called seller I did not even know I was buying from except for one communication in small print is called "Luxe Beauty Corner". And surprise surprise they are not cooperating. The item I bought is totally untouched and still in the same packaging. The "seller" sent me the wrong product. Why should I be having this kind of problem when I was led to believe I was dealing with Wal-Mart. I supect this is a Chinese company that has entered into an agreement with WalMart and from several past negative personal experiences with Chinese companies their business practices are less than ethical and to get a refund is like pulling teeth if you can succeed at all. . But whoever or whatever it is WalMart should rethink their association with them (btw they have terrible reviews many with the same complaint as mine) SHould this not be a red flag for WalMart and should they not make it right by all those who got duped by this ocmpany? I think so. I will not be shopping at Walmart or Walmart.com from hereon in. Can't trust them.

I would be VERY careful when shopping here. When I was in the dog food and food aisles, I noticed pantry moths flying around all over. This means that they're in the food and you will take them home with you. Once in your home, they will spread to your other food. These bugs are ridiculously hard to get rid of as you have to essentially throw away everything. I have no idea how they will be able to do that on such a large level. I requested to speak to the manager so I can notify them of the problem. After over 30 minutes of waiting, I was told to speak to a man who said he's not the manager and can't help me. He did say he noticed the bugs in the food tho and got returns with the bugs inside, just don't realize what was going on. I found this quite surprising however being how many of these bugs were flying around.

There was a dirty thong on the floor and it was absolutely disgusting and there was a bag of random substance on the floor, Is this normal ?!?!? I find that absolutely disgusting but I don't expect less because it's walmart.Very disappointing and disgusting do better

I went into Walmart to purchase 1 item...I needed some hair dye. Even though the store was crowded, I was able to get in and out pretty quickly.

My wife went here to pick up photos. When she approached an employee to ask where she can pick up her photos she ordered, the employee held a pointy finger up to basically "sush" my wife, went on the phone, and then started talking to a fellow peer employee laughing and having a separate conversation. With this review as well as all the other low reviews shouldn't just go to upper management but to corporate as well.

I debated whether to let this pass or post, but since it happened a few days ago and it's still on my mind I thought may as well. Does upper management even bother to read reviews? Maybe there is no upper management there? Anyway, I was in the laundry detergent aisle and overheard an elderly gentleman kindly start asking one of the employees a question and she abruptly turned around, cut him off and said "I'M ON MY BREAK..I CAN'T HELP YOU!!!" When he tried to say something further, she repeated her loud response, again in the same loud, rude voice. I was shocked. Who does that??!! So you're on your break...why don't you remove your official blue vest and walk away from the shelves so customers don't mistake you for a "helpful" employee? Or stay in the break lounge to remove all doubt? I couldn't take the rudeness so I went over to the poor gentleman and said "I'll help you! What do you need?" (I could swear I caught the employee glaring at me as I passed her. Shame on you! Perhaps working with the public isn't your calling. But there is no excuse for treating anyone the way you did! Surprisingly the gentleman didn't even act offended as we left her to finish her break. The experience hasn't soured me on this Walmart thus the generous 3 star rating) because the one closer to my neighborhood is even worse. Oh well.

This review is for their Walmart Spark service as a driver picking up at this location. No sense of urgency with curbside pickup, even when I am paid to wait around for 20 minutes (they are losing to Amazon). When someone comes out they usually aren't very friendly. The biggest issue is they will give me a delivery that should have been sent to the Encinitas location for example. The customer will be literally a few miles from that location. The parking lot situation and getting into the center is absolutely horrible as well.

I ordered pork spare ribs twice via Instacart and they were spoiled both times. The first time a couple weeks ago, I thought it was a fluke. Today, again they were spoiled.
