We love Montessori school of San Marcos! I knew immediately after touring this school, it would be the perfect place for our daughter to grow and learn. She absolutely thrived at this school and loved her teacher Ms Tasha. The staff is so nurturing and caring.

We enrolled both our kids in Montessori, SM. My elder one was shy when he joined and would not speak much. The teachers gave him the space and time to come out of his shell. They also came up with new ideas to get him involved in different activities. From day 1 to the graduation ceremony where he participated in a dance, he was a completely different person. He learnt so much in Ms Tasha's class and really enjoyed going to school everyday. My younger one was an infant when he started. The teachers in his class room were very loving and caring. I really liked that they kept me up to date on his progress, the good and not so good days. They would always look out for him and make sure his needs were met. I'm very happy with the love and care he receives here. Ms Tilly is also very hands on. Ive often seen her decorating, cleaning, talking to kids, playing with them and organizing various activities.I have tremendous respect for ALL the teachers at this school for all the hard work they put in to make sure that the kids are happy and thrive!

This school is the best! Ms Tilly, Ms Tasha, Ms Serella, Ms Rosa, Ms Crystal, Ms Brittany, and ALL the other teachers are so welcoming, supportive, loving, and kind. You couldn't pick a better place for your kiddo to be nourished!

I love Montessori School. My daughter was here for Almost 3 years and my son who is 1 year old was currently in Montessori. They learn so much. The teachers are so wonderful! I fully recommend this school!

We have had our now 2 year old daughter there since she was a few months old. The entire staff is amazing with children and so nice. The service they provide our family is amazing.

Montessori Preschool holds a special place in our hearts, and we can't say enough good things about it.The staff is genuinely invested in the success and well-being of each child. They create an environment that feels like a second home, where our kids felt safe, nurtured, and encouraged to explore and learn.Our boys made huge strides at Montessori, both academically and to a world beyond textbooks. They learned practical life skills, gained independence, and developed a love for learning and exploring.One of the most significant advantages of Montessori was how well it prepared our boys for kindergarten. It's not just about being academically ready; it's also about being socially and emotionally prepared. The Montessori approach fosters a sense of responsibility, empathy, and collaboration that has been invaluable as they transitioned to the next stage of their education journey.We owe a big thanks to Montessori Preschool and its amazing leaders. They've given our kids a fantastic start in life, and we'll forever be grateful. It's more than just a school; it's a place where our kids grew, laughed, and learned. Thank you, Montessori Preschool, for being such a fantastic part of our family's journey!

I am so happy I found MSSM. My son started in 2021 when he was about 3.5 years old and is now moving on to kindergarten. I am confident he has the skills and knowledge to excel in kindergarten, and it’s all thanks to MSSM. He has thrived, and learned so much while in Ms. Tasha’s class. He has also expressed his love for the school, his class, his friends, and his teachers. We are so very thankful, and will miss seeing everyone everyday. We also plan on enrolling our daughter to MSSM when the time comes.

Montessori of San Marcos is an amazing school. Our son has been enrolled since October 2022 in advance of starting Kindergarten this year. He's thrived in the Montessori learning environment with Ms. Lucy and Ms. Esther as his teachers. They are fabulous, as is Ms. Tilly, the school director. He's learned all of his letter sounds and is already able to spell out some words by sounding them out, what a beautiful transition. He surprises me daily as his new skills bubble out at random, adding numbers together, singing songs in Spanish and telling me fun facts he learned about the Earth are just a few to mention. He is stimulated and engaged at his level and loves to be at Montessori. We are so greatful to have discovered Montessori of San Marcos and most certainly recommend it to any other parents that are looking to give their children a great start!

Highly recommend this school! My daughter was always excited to go to school. She loved it. Great care provided by Ms. Tasha, Ms. Esther, Ms. Tilly. Good balance between education and fun time as well.

I was so thrilled to have found MSSM for my 4 year old back in 2021. Having kept him home from his previous preschool during the pandemic, Ms. Tilly and her staff addressed and handled all of my concerns in bringing him back to a school setting. My son's former preschool was not Montessori based, and while I wasn't intentional in placing him in this style of education, as fate had it, it was exactly the type of environment that he needed. The methodology is well grasped and implemented by each instructor.Under the care of Ms. Tasha, Ms. Esther, and Ms. Lita, my son grew leaps and bounds under their care/instruction. I was so impressed with his development that I actually chose to keep him there instead of sending him to TK which he qualified for when he turned 5. Not only did his academic skills flourish, his confidence was soaring by the time he left (we had a relocation at the beginning of 2023 and sadly had to leave). I'm confident in being able to give most of the credit to this school as they make an effort to bond with your child and your family, forming an interwoven support system for your child where they feel prepared to grow their brains!One other thing that always stood out to me about this school is that upon entering at drop-off or pick-up, rarely did you hear anything other than happy playing children. Additionally, I was always greeted with a smile and always felt welcomed. Ms. Tilly and her staff are highly responsive and I have nothing but respect and thanks for them for providing a safe and well-rounded space for my child to thrive.

Working here out of 3 different centers before and over 17 years of experience, this preschool is by far the best experience I have ever had. The staff, the owner/director, the help in general, and the parents is by far the best I have ever experienced or known. I have worked at 3 other local San Marcos preschools and or childcare and this is the best place to work. I'd bring my own child here If they were of age!

Both of our children attended Montessori of San Marcos school. We were very happy with the care they received. Great balance of education, social learning, and fun!
