Gabriela at San Marcos CVS displays extraordinary patience and kindness to help my mom and I with a complicated purchase !!! Please give this employee a raise !!! This is what builds customer loyalty!!

Rude pharmacy personell who failed to tell my husband who was waiting in line for a prescription that they were gonna close on him for lunch. Not the first rude interaction with them. Definitely want to change pharmacies now.Also, disgusting bathrooms- poop stains !

CVS y mas on Mission, Really upset that they don't stock up on my medication which I get filled every month. They ended sending my prescription to the CVS on Rancho Santa Fe. I was really upset because it's really far from my house and 2 they don't have drive thru. And to top it off I got there and the same thing they had to order the medication because they were out. When you're in pain, you don't want to be chasing your medication! If you deal with chronic pain, or any on going health conditions you build a team ! And a trust worthy pharmacy is a must! How are you supposed to know that after your Doctor does his job and sends the monthly prescription to CVS pharmacy, they don't order enough to make sure it's refilled in time. Like I said I have been goin every month! So it's not a random prescription! As Pharmacist they should know how painful chronic pain is! And what's worse if you suddenly stop taking a medication it causes other side effects! For this reason I left to a smaller pharmacy. Where I'm treated as a patient who will suffer if they don't do their job! That's too bad ! Because I have been with them forever! I truly wish I didn't have chronic pain, but it gets easier when you have a caring team on your side !

Snotty new staff. I got there 5 mins before closing. I was unable to get there sooner. I understand that it's annoying to have a customer that late, but they were not closed yet. Still I got a snotty pharmacist who said, "we're closed" in a condescending and rude tone. I can't stand that attitude. It closes at 7pm, not 6:55, not 6:57...7:00 pm!!! IT'S YOUR JOB! Whether it's annoying or not! I'm so tired of the lack of customer service in this world.

WASTE OF TIME - the pharmacy workers are fine, but the CVS website is a waste of time. I have been using this pharmacy for several years for someone I care for (senior citizen). For the past two years we have had prescriptions filled and delivered from here. As of about 2 months ago (February 2023) delivery is IMPOSSIBLE. I am told repeatedly that there is no card on file (there is). I have re-entered different cards and spoken to the pharmacy as well as CVS customer support and continue to have the same problem. I cannot believe this is only happening on my account, but no one seems to have any idea how to fix it.

Store employees don't ring you up with any speed - service is slow. It's difficult to find help on the floor if you need it.I go primarily for the pharmacy, which unfortunately, is worst of all. Employees and pharmacists are rude, and don't tolerate ignorance or error when you use their POS devices.If you're there for clinic services, they shove paperwork at you and bark instructions so fast they're nearly impossible to comprehend.I visited recently for a flu vaccine and while hyperventilating, told the pharmacist I experienced extreme anxiety and didn't like needles at all. She insensitively told me, 'nobody likes needles'. While not news to me, as a pharmacist, her attitude toward those with extreme anxiety was callous, at best. She jabbed the needle in my arm then walked away. Was i done? I wasn't sure. Nothing more was said. So i waited for about 10 minutes and gathered my senses before I left feeling somewhat violated.The service counter is mediocre, the pharmacy sucks.

There is currently a medication shortage of my medication and I have been calling CVSs all around who have been able to provide me if it was in stock or not. Except this one who refused to provide me that information. If you wanna send your prescriptions here on a whim and a prayer it's in stock, god speed!

Hands down the worst Pharmacy and worst customer service no matter what location. I am finally done with you CVS and I will never return. Nothing but headaches and bs from this company. Plus they rip you off. Go to a local Mom n Pop. What I paid at CVS for 1 Rx I get 3 Rx for the same price where I go now. Never again CVS. You lost me for good.
