I have had an excellent experience with Petite Pet Parlor. She has taken care of my little dog for several years. She is very kind and gentle with the dogs and I highly recommend this service.

I have been taking my dogs here for a few years and she always gets the job done! She is also very flexible and is easy to make an appointment with her. Wouldn’t want anyone else to groom my dogs. Thanks Patty!

I went here for the good reviews. Sadly, my experience here was not great, and I hate leaving negative reviews, but for those who have pups with a double coat, I can’t recommend this place. I am giving 2 stars because the lady who handled my dog seemed gentle and nice. When I dropped off my dog, I warned that he had a double coat and thus can’t be trimmed too short. The person didn’t call us when he was done, so we just showed up two hours later and he was in a small kennel (not the bigger one at the front). I was shocked when I saw that he was completely buzzed. See the before and after photos.Groomers should know that you can’t buzz a double-coat, but I made sure to warn her just in case. It will take several months to undo the damage and hopefully it does not lead to long-term damage to his coat. She asked how I liked the trim and I said it was fine, because I didn’t know what to say. But I’m writing this review now to let this business know that buzzing dogs with a double coat is not okay. Thank you for being nice to my dog at least.

She did an excellent job grooming our Cavalier. Nice even trim and nails. The puppy thought he was at day camp and did not want to leave.

Dear Cute Pets,I recently brought my Yorkie to your grooming salon for the first time, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed. The experience was exceptional from start to finish.The moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable staff who made me feel welcome. The groomer demonstrated remarkable skill and attention to detail, ensuring my Yorkie looked absolutely adorable after the grooming session.Your facilities were clean and well-maintained, and it was clear that the comfort and safety of the pets were a top priority.I cannot thank you enough for the outstanding service you provided. It was a fantastic first experience, and I will definitely be coming back for future grooming needs.

Took my shepherd here last week since I needed a quick appointment and he will NOT stop scratching. He was wet when I picked him up, I asked for a deshed and it seems like they didint even do it. It's been 7 days and he smells like Fritos I'll stick with my regular grooming place, Sydney's, he goes a good month without needing a full grooming

The dog groomer was easy to call (didn't have to wait long!) and could fit an appointment the very next day for a small dog. Unfortunately, I was 30min late to my appointment but she was very flexible and finished my dog just as quickly! I gave her a tip for it. It might have been a slow day since I didn't see other dogs, but I'm glad it worked it out.I should also note that for other dog groomers, a small dog would cost around $75-100. I was only charged $65 .

This place is great!! They groomed my Golden Doodle, Charlie and did an amazing job!The staff is very professional and kind!I highly recommend Cute Pets!

This place was perfect. They don’t overcharge for small dog grooming. My dog looked great,and it was easy to get a last minute appointment. My dog will be back.

This place is amazing, I tried many places and was not happy. She is super patient and tries her best to work you in if you have a busy schedule not like other places where you wait a month to get your furry friends in. Definitely recommend this place.

I have been bringing my two little ones for a couple of years now and as always- VERY SATISFIED and HAPPY with Paty’s service.Always professional and timely.She is the only one who can handle my lil ones- and they love her! (Both are adopted and both were abused in past homes- she is able to calm them gently)
