These ppl kill me the service is a scam. There us absolutely no benefit to buying an agreement with them. Then try to cancel the contract these ppl just keep billing you every month over and over.

Ultrex Employee, Jackson O'Brian went the "Extra Mile" to keep our copy machine working! He went above and beyond to get the parts we needed, saving our office from a lengthy delay waiting for ordered parts.

Thank you Ultrex! I had Ultrex servicing my copier in my Paso office for about 5 years and they were always great. Then I moved to Monterey and unfortunately they do not have service up there, but when I decided to buy a new machine for Monterey and put the old one back in the Paso office, it was having problems. So I called Ultrex and requested a service call. The gentleman who took my call ended up walking me through a few steps for about 10 minutes and what do you know?? It's up and working perfectly! When this machine finally givse out I will absolutely be contacting Ultrex to purchase and service a new one for this office! Thank you again!!
