This a store that sells premium furniture, and I was ready to buy a nice chair that will last me decades. I did not want to spend much and the sales person showed me models from many brands and the prices. I got a great chair with a 10 year warranty! This chair will get through college with me and for much longer after that

Stacy and her team really provided the white glove treatment for my husband and I, even though we were only buying a few chairs for our home office. As someone with a recent back injury, I needed a place where I could actually physically sit in a chair before I bought it. Tri-County not only let me do that, but offered a 48-hr loan of the chair to take home… three times! Buying from them is a no-brainer and their prices are great for the brands they carry. They will also help you customize and design the aesthetics of your chair. We have two and they’re chic, supportive, ergonomic, and pretty cute. The only game in the area with this level of customer service. Worth a visit to their showroom. ?

This stores hours are 8:30-5 M-F. I went there at 3PM on a Monday. There was a big "Open" sign in their window. I tried to walk in, and the doors were bolted shut. Lights off inside, no signs of life. Somebody just decided to close up in the middle of a weekday and not bother to put up a "Closed" sign or any explanation as to why they're not open. Idiots like this should not be in business.
