I had a 1pm appointment. I am new to the area and had no idea how bad downtown parking was. I called to let them know I would be 5 minutes late. It took longer to find parking than I realized. I was 15 minutes late. They refused service and charged me $20 for not showing up. I asked to reschedule but they would not waive the $20 fee. The receptionist was extremely rude. I felt unwelcome and the receptionist couldn't care less about me as a customer. STAY AWAY unless you want to be treated terribly.

Their online reservation system is very easy. Took just a few seconds for the whole process, using google as a login for a "Reserva" account.
I picked a barber at random, since I hadn't met any of the guys at the time of reservation. Mike took great care of me and I really like how it turned out. Thanks!

This is the best barbershop in SLO by far! I've been going here for years and have got a consistently great haircut every time. Zach is my go to barber but all of them are great. Fun atmosphere, quality cuts, cool shop with clothes. This place is the best. Get your next cut here, you won't regret it.

First time I came here I signed up for a "skin fade" of course like every other barber, it just never happens. Today I went in for a scheduled appointment at 1:00. I'm told it will be 5 min. 1:23 comes around and nothing. I go up front to cancel appointment because I don't want a rushed haircut. I have to go back to work at 2. They tell me it won't be rushed.... my appointment is 1:00-1:45 wdym won't be rushed? No haircut for arguably one of the biggest days of my life tomorrow....

I take my boys there for haircuts. The staff is friendly and they always do a good job with the haircuts. Make sure you book well in advance. They fill up fast.

Nikki is amazing at what she does! My boyfriend went in for a haircut last weekend and she gave him exactly what he wanted (but also took into consideration the shape of his head and what would look best on him.) We both were VERY happy with the results and he definitely will be back for his next haircut. He’s so glad he found a new barber ❤️

This is the best barbershop in San Luis Obispo! I went and saw Mike for a haircut. Walking back to my car some total stranger stopped, looked at me and said, “man, you have perfect hair!”If you are looking for a great place to go for a haircut or buy fun hats, clothes, and small gifts This is the place to go.

Got a great haircut there. My hair is hard to control but when I walked out, I looked good. Also a fun store with a lot of unique items. Bought to Christmas presents and a hat. Street parking but not far from the parking ramp. Close to lots of bars and restaurants.
