Staff has always been great. The other reviewers who are negative are fakes and flakes from competition.They started to open 24 hours on Monday night as well as Tuesday to Thursday. Cheap and the cleanest in SLO. Love their massage chairs and red light sauna.

GM pretended he told me I was required to give my bank account information. This is a flat out lie. Rude staff. Cancelled after 2 months, refused to give my bank info to a place that has been hacked.

Best gym I've been too in a while. It makes me feel appreciated and motivated to lose the the weight I gained over COVID. The staff works very well and and they always welcome me when you walk in.

The representative wouldn't let me check in with my phone number after I td her I left my phone in the car. I have been able to do so in other cities because I have a black card and she said thatmy membership came up as inactive even when I showed the transaction history.

I love planet fitness. I know it may not appeal to the most die-hard weight lifted as the free weights are very limited, however, I think the majority of people could get in a great workout. I love the circuit room for a quick workout. I appreciate the wide variety of machines and that there are usually at least two of each piece of equipment. The employees keep things very clean and tidy (thank you!). My least favorite part is the slogans in the wall. One says "no judgement" and then right next to that is large alarm with a slogan underneath that gives the definition of a "lunk", which they define roughly as someone who grunts a lot while lifting and brings in a gallon water bottle. That sounds like judgement to me. I understand that planet fitness is marketed as a non-intimidating beginner gym, but I don't love that it seems to go against it's own non judgemental rules. That being said, no one had ever hassled someone for making a bit of noise during a heavy lift, and none of the women are given grief if they take their tshirt off to just wear a sport bra. People mostly manage themselves and I've yet to see anyone being anything but pleasant towards one another.

My husband and I joined Planet Fitness about 3 weeks ago through our Silver Sneaker benefit. Immediately we upgraded to the black card membership to obtain access to the hydromassage that helps his sore back. The gym provides many excellent weight machines to supplement our walking habits. The staff members are friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and in great condition. We look forward to going to the gym!

Great meditation bed with heat scents heart rate monitor and beautiful audio visual screen allowing for lots of rest after a workout really enjoyed this had not used it before at any other location also very nice customer service.

This is a beautiful gym with lots of great equipment. I love the 30 minute workout room and the black card spa. Check out the Total Body Enhancement - it is so good for your skin and circulation!
