We put a request in on Yelp, and got 3 replies, $1100, $985, and a message that that included recalibrating my windshield camera, then Jose from Auto Glass Experts SLO came in with a $445 quote. I immediately asked about the camera recalibration, and he replied, they rarely need to be recalibrated, but if it does, I’ll come back and recalibrate it for $355. Well, that puts me ahead in either case, so I booked an appointment. Jose’s communication was quick and to the point, and he showed up on time, and had the job done in less than an hour, and guess what, no calibration needed. Thanks Jose you saved me $545-$655 and my new windshield is perfect!!!

They answered the phone quickly. Gave me a quote and time Best of all he came to my work and took care of my windshield in 20 minutes and then my coworker made an appointment with him for the next. Definitely will use them again!!!

During weed abatement in my front yard, my car, unfortunately, was in the wrong place and a rock went through one of the side windows. Based on customer reviews, I chose several companies to call to get prices and a timeframe for replacement. Auto Glass Experts was clearly the best choice so I made an appointment. Jose was scheduled during a two-hour window of time the following afternoon. He was running a little late so he called to give me an update and see if the time still worked for me. It was Friday afternoon and I was thankful to get the window replaced asap. Jose and his assistant were professional and polite. Jose removed the door panel from the interior so he could vacuum up the shattered glass that had dropped into the door. He also vacuumed up glass from the floor. The whole process took about 30 minutes. There were no hidden fees or "add on" for vacuuming, etc. Moral of the story, if you have a teenager on the loose with a weed whacker, call Auto Glass Experts for unexpected accidents. (BTW, this is my first review EVER on Yelp!)

With all these heavy rains this winter I was unfortunate to figure out my windshield was leaking. Thankfully the team here was quick with responses, price and scheduling. Showed up here and made quick work of switching it out. Big thank you for my beautiful new windshield that no longer leaks!

Fantastic service - and I'm a very particular customer when it comes to my cars and the quality of work being done on them. Outstanding communications all along the way, actually arrived almost 30 min prior to the appointment. Went to work immediately, pulled off the windshield wipers and other bits, removed the old glass, and started on the install of the replacement windshield in roughly half an hour. I believe it took Jose 45 min from start to finish. Very happy with the work. Quality all the way.

Car broken into, window smashed. They cleaned out my car, replaced the window, and charged me less than the deductible for my insurance, and got it all done in an hour. Fantastic work, thank you guys!
