Close this place down already it should not take one car 45 mins to pick up medication from the pharmacy if its something complicated they should have to go inside instead of holding up everyone else and its raggedy on the inside and outside

Bad pharmacy. They don’t answer you and put you on hold for the longest time ever. I can barely reach anyone to help me, even when I urgently need my prescriptions. They always find something to make it hard to get your prescription, whether it’s the insurance or something else. Really bad customer service. Don’t choose this trash place as your pharmacy.

The infamous long waiting time for pick-up or refill at Walgreens pharmacy has added more dumb staffing to the store. I thought I was lucky enough to be the first one in the line on a Sunday evening, but, they spent 15 minutes dealing with the customer ahead of me. Then, a dumb thing happened. Nazia picked the other customer who just arrived in the store instead of me. There, it took another fifteen minutes of waiting before she came up for service.I am a senior of 76 and have feet standing problem. Nazia gave priority to the young customer who arrived 13 minutes later and behind me.The problem was she took another 15 minutes to work for this younger customer. I was furious that the 30-minute wait caused my feet pain again.Don't forget, it took only a minute for my pick-up.

Wow, just a disaster. The pharmacy is chaos, with multiple lines and clusters of customers trying to figure out where to stand or if they'll ever be helped.Took me 45 minutes past my appointment time to get a vaccine. Be prepared for lots of standing and wondering if you're waiting in the right area.

This pharmacy has the worst costumer service. Their driver-thru service takes about 30min to an hour or longer. If you see one car ahead of you, it'll still take about 30min ( I've waited) I've also seen car leave the line. It's ridiculous how mean and rude these technicians are. It's no wonder their rating is so low!

This location is supposed to be 24 hours, yet the stupid workers keep closing it between 10pm and 6am. And all the lights are still on, and a stupid security guard is just sitting behind the door. What the F*** is the point of a "24 hour location" that's never 24 hours for people who need it????Make sure you call in advance EVERY TIME if it's after 10pm, to confirm if they are open. Even if they get annoyed. For instance after midnight today I called and they said they are only closing from 3am to 4am. Cool. Fast forward to 5:45am and the stupid id**ts are now closed again until 7am. Now why didn't the girl tell me that they were going to close AGAIN at 5/530am until 7??? This is UNACCEPTABLE!!! CALL CORPORATE!!!!

It's just a normal Walgreens, but from the front it looks like it used to be a movie theater in the 1950s. It has super neat art deco(?) architecture in the front, and even still has the marquee, now advertising deals and specials rather than the latest flick.

This review is for the pharmacy only. They need to hire more employees, on a Sunday at 2pm the drive through was closed, line of around 5 people inside with one person helping the line. I waited about 30 minutes just to pick up a prescription. This isn't the first time this has happened either. I am going to start going to CVS pharmacy because the wait is ridiculous.

I was in and out really fast which was nice, but the pharmacist helping me literally dropped my meds on the floor and walked away to take a personal call which I find highly unprofessional. When the transaction was over she didn’t even say “bye” or “have a nice day” or anything. Really wack customer service.

It's a pharmacy. You come in, pick up your prescriptions, and walk out. Quick and simple. How bad could it possibly be?WRONG!I had to go to this pharmacy 4 times within 3 days to get all my medications. Day 1 8pm: My mother was short of breath and had been to the ER. We chose this pharmacy to pick up her prescriptions because it was close to home and open 24 hours. We were asked to return later because the medications were still being processed. Day1 10pm: I returned. Their computer system was down. I was told to come back in 30 mins. Strangely, their computer system seems to have issues very often because it had happened 2 weeks before. Luckily, I didn't need to wait too long this time. However, I was able to pick up only 3 out of the 4 prescriptions because the remaining one was out of stock.Day 2: Walgreens informed us via phone in the morning that our medication was ready for pickup. I returned again at 6pm, but was told that the last prescription was still out of stock. I inquired about the earlier phone notification. Their explanation was that the notification was a delayed message for the 3 prescriptions that I had already picked up. O_oDay 3: I prayed and returned again. When I lined up at the pharmacy, there were already 5 customers in front of me complaining about being neglected. Meanwhile, 6 people (pharmacists and staff) were working in the back, none came to the windows to assist us until one lady loudly (but respectfully) demanded attention. We didn't get a response right away, but eventually one lady came to the window. When I picked up my mother's medication, I heaved a sigh of relief. I'd never imagined that picking up prescriptions would be such an arduous odyssey. To some extent, I should be grateful to Walgreens because it taught me an important life lesson: Don't take things for granted, and cherish the little moments that bring joy to life.

Absolutely unacceptable garbage service. They should not be an option to send a script to from a Dr office, they don't deserve it they aren't professional. 3 hours after it was sent they claim to not have received it.

Consistently horrible service at the pharmacy. You can have an appointment and it doesn't matter they will serve you when they decide to.Their logistics is the worst I've seen. My partner had an appointment for his flu shot and he came earlier so he wouldn't miss a work meeting and they didn't give him the shot until 1.5 hours later. I went to target for my flu shot and they had a line of people and they still gave me the flu shot in 5 minutes. I have come here for my Covid test and waited at the drive-thru for 15 minutes and no one came to the window despite me ringing the bell. Then when I went inside they said I couldn't be inside the store and said that I had to be in the car - with no regard at how they were not responding to the drive-through window. Then later, we went to pick up a basic prescription and the sign on the window said "Pharmacy system is down, drive-thru is open" but it did not say that the window was closed, since there were quite a few people in line and waiting. She ended up serving others but not us and was upset that we didn't read the sign to which we said that the sign was not clear and that she was serving people clearly in front of us. I will be switching my pharmacy and will not be coming here ever again. And if you ever want to wait 30 minutes to get your prescription in a "drive-through" line, this is the place for you. On a week night at 8 pm, there were 10 cars in line taking on average 5 minutes per car. You can easily watch your night fade away in line. Too many problems to count over the past 2 years we've had them refill our prescriptions. Hello, Target or local pharmacy!
