I tried the free trial class it was about 50 mins and the workout was great. Great place to know the basics of boxing and to master the fundamentals!!

Inquired online for kids classes. Received a response immediately and brought my daughter in to a trial class and she loved it. Coach Arvin is great with the kids. This staff is super friendly . Definitely recommend taking your kid to this place.
