This is the first time I’ve ever gotten a storage space and was overwhelmed. I called in last minute with some questions and Paula went above and beyond to help me. Even when I was running late she was so helpful and took her time walking me through the unit while answering all of my questions. I ended up getting the storage unit on the spot! Thanks Paula !!
