Worst customer service, waited for to get helped at the fedex drop off and then a rude woman asked me where my box and shipping label was. With no context, turns out they don’t have a printer or boxes to ship packages. You are supposed to have everything ready for them. Completely useless. I could have dealt with the inconvenience but the people that work there are rude and have no manners.

Found this location on fedex website states that it take shipping with code. Arrived the rude woman said only take ready packages. Disappointed on false statements.

Went to print a pdf with layers, they didn't have a pdf reader that could deal with layers. The employee was not savvy at al about computers

It's december 2021. They don't print labels here. They only receive packages with labels already affixed.

Absolutely best place to mail packages and printing. The customer service is always excellent. They have the best staff. I have tried other locations but this one is by far the best!
