We needed a new faucet installed and selected Mike at Dimond Plumbing to do the work. He was very knowledgeable, willing to accommodate our schedule, and punctual. He did the work in about an hour and a quarter and made many useful observations about our layout and several useful suggestions for future improvements. He did this in addition to the work required. He left the area where he worked better than he found it. We got an excellent return on our spending with this transaction. My wife and I highly recommend Mike and Dimond Plumbing.

Probably the most important thing about a plumber is that they are responsive and able to fit you in quickly. The second most is that they don't have them come back. I've trusted Mike with a new gas line for my outdoor grill, a toilet repair and multiple water and gas leaks. He always fits me in and has never had to come back.

Mike is the absolute best. He is communicative, so nice, and I always know I'm getting a fair price for the work he does. I was lucky enough to have found him when I was renting - and now that I have a home of my own, he's my go-to plumber. He's fixed drains, he's replaced my water heater, he's successfully troubleshot a complicated loose faucet, he's replaced my garbage disposal and all the old piping related to my kitchen sink issues. To top it off, he truly just is a great human, too. Hands down, hire Dimond if you have any plumbing needs.

I called. Reuben took the time to talk with me about what I might need to do and what my options were. An appointment was made. Alfonso - kind, informative, well-focused, determined, expert, and helpful - got everything done. He took the time to do things right and to solve a supply problem. I'll come back to this business again for affordable, trustworthy work.

Thanks to Dimond Plumbing we now have WONDERFUL water pressure in our shower...after 13 years of very low pressure. We had a list of small jobs- the kitchen faucet pressure was practically non-existent, the garbage disposal was jammed, the faucet handle in the shower was stripped, etc. Everything was fixed and then some! We highly recommend Dimond!

We always use this company as Michael is great! We had a problem with our kitchen sink in Dec. Called Michael and he tried to advise us on what we could check to see if it would help. He also gave us the name of another plumber in our area that we might want to try. (This was because he was having some medical issues at the time and knew he would not be able to come out to our home to help us.)When he was back to making home visits, he called us to see if we still needed his services. Although my husband had been able to get the cold water back on in the kitchen, the faucet was still leaking even though he had replaced parts inside. Michael was able to come out the next week and repair the faucet for us. It's been working fine ever since. Michael takes the time to assess the situation and give you all the options available to repair or replace whatever is needed to fix the situation. He takes the time to answer your questions so that you understand what he's saying. A great businessman. We will continue to use his services as long as he is in business.

These guys are great and really know their craft. I had another plumber tell me that I would need to replace all the hot water lines under the house when a contractor removed and replaced the hot water heater to install a new floor and when he put it back, the hot water lines were clogged. Sean was able to remove the problem and make everything work again for a very reasonable price! I won't hesitate to use him again!

Mike and his son did great work for us in 2021 and early 2022 installing a new hot water heater, installing outdoor water valves, and fixing a vibrating shower pipe. My husband says Mike is a miracle worker (and a really nice and honest guy.) We'd love to use his service again but we're not sure Dimond Plumbing is still open. Tried reaching him in September 2022 and no voicemail available. Hope all's well.

Very courteous on the phone and via text until we scheduled the appointment. Got a polite text on the day of the appointment saying they will be a little delayed and then got hosted completely without any further communication. It was not professional as I had taken time off for this appointment.

Mike installed a new Williams Top Vent wall Furnace. He did a great job. He arrived on time. He knew exactly what to do. Install the Furnace in a timely manner, Left no mess, and at a very fare price. The next time I need any pluming or heating work to be done I will call Diamond Plumbing and Heating. That's for sure. I'm proud to say that I have found my and your forever plumber. We never have to search again, to feel out someone who is skilled, reliable, and reasonably priced. Dimond Plumbing is a gift and we dear Yelpers the benefactors. Mike came highly recommended from a friend whose recommendations I take as gospel. I knew that his work would be superb, and somehow he far exceeded my expectations. He called and setup an appointment, was astoundingly punctual and listened diligently to my 3 plumbing problems. I went back to work and in about 30 minutes Mike walked me one by one through each of the issues, explaining and educating in laymen's terms what happened and how I could maintain my plumbing more efficiently/effectively. I love that he took the time to make sure I understood what the problem was and the work he did to correct it.The THREE plumbing issues were shockingly affordable (especially considering that the former plumber tried to tell me that I was going to need to replace my entire pipe system). Mike is honest and effective and takes pride in his craft. I will never call another plumber again.

I've had Mike over twice, the first time to install a sink disposal unit and later for a badly clogged kitchen drain. He is very responsive and reasonably priced. The man knows his stuff and is generous with his explanations which I appreciate. Nobody likes having plumbing work done but it's nice to learn a little when you're paying for work.Oh, and I even got a thank you note in the mail! That's class.
