Clean place like most. Can get busy so I go early during the week. Great prices, good selection. Love that hot dog, but really miss the polish dog!

Costco is supposed to be known for their return policy. I had a return the was purchased within 24 hours. I had my receipt. I had to deal with Pat and she was clearly in a bad mood. Dude to me and rude to the customer before me. She would make eye contact, had a horrible attitude, would ask a question and not let you answer (multiple times) and tossed my receipt back to me.

Costco is my favorite store. I enjoy shopping there because they house everything in bulk. I shop for my house and my moms and I don't go but every other month. It's like I buy an item and get the 2nd item free. This is very helpful for large families or multiple households.

Made an appointment to have a flat tire repaired for 3 pm on a Monday. It’s been 3 hours and am still waiting. Brought this to the attention of the manager on duty. Apparently, they were backed up, short staffed and had multiple appointment. So buying from Costco because of the benefit of free repairs and rotation may involve long waits for service. Not what I was expecting.

Overall shopping at Costco saves $. Goods of variety is incredible. Most items are reasonable if you don’t mind purchasing a lot. However I took off one star bc of the Deli. I had the expensive Turkey Sandwich. Too salty n cold. It definitely isn’t worth $6.99. Chicken Baked is still the best deal for $3.99 n quality. The self buying service is poor. Most to all customers use self purchase direct instead of buying at the counter. However they don’t have the system supporting the self serve. The huge manpower you can see are only kitchen providers. Plenty of ready made pizzas and chicken baked etc. so you aren’t supposed to wait long. A system should be created like most fast food places with incoming and outgoing number sequences such as #1, 2, 3, ——-10+. By the time such order is paid for, it can be prepared on their end so with our receipts as claim tickets for food n drinks. Without this system it defeats the speed of the self pay idea. Instead, now we have to stand in long line for Counter Help still after Self Pay. Once you hand over the ticket, the cashier then looks at your receipt to make your drinks(except soda is self serve) and prepare and give you the food. They only skip the payment part, nothing else. I hope this can be improved.
