Not knowing that I am the African-American person that I do speak Arabic I come in here from Livermore I spend money I don’t need to steal but once I come in and you guys have prices that’s here and you guys can’t even honor the prices that it’s ringing up for 199 and now it says it’s 169 and I’m sitting here and you guys are ignoring me. You guys conduct business here at 7-Eleven very disrespectfully and all I do is respect you guys spend money with you guys and I hope Eila has mercy on you guys his soul because this is wrong, just because I might be wearing a rent a hammy down whatever you guys judge me and don’t expect that I don’t have the money just be prepared when you guys shop here. They’re not gonna respect you you have to be fully Arabic not black.

This store has always treated me well. Parking lot is well lit and people working there are great. Right now 7/11 has some lovely flower arrangements. Tiny ones for the center of your dinner table in a festive holiday theme. I noticed the impulse items here are very very good. Flowers are fresh and low in price. Donuts are always there when I walk in. Coffee is surprisingly good and its great to have a place where your pastry and coffee are both ok or better than ok. Both stand out as a decent value that is a quick stop.Across the way is an Arco and the neighborhood is a good one. No riff raff.

Although they have the 7-11 logo on the store this is NOT a 7-11 it closes every day around 2am with a piece of paper in the door-window saying closed for cleaning. Since it's closed for an hour or 2 it's not open 24 hours it's just a convenient store and it's not even convenient

Worst ever slurpee!! They only have little cups and the "large" is more than three dollars. Here's the worst part they've mixed Pina colada with cherry tastes horrible. three nineteen a reeses sticks king size. Then he tries to give me what looked like a fake five dollar bill in my change from a twenty. $6.30 for a horrible mixed and soapy slurppy and melted reeses candy bar. No question. by far the worst am/pm I've been too.

I went to purchase 2 Big Gulp drinks and they charged me $1.00 each but the sign says it's for $0.69 cents. Cashier was rude and told me the sign shouldn't be there, we are planning on taking it down tomorrow or maybe the next day. I told him you should still accommodate me since your sign shows its $0.69 cents. 7 eleven does not represent there specials or ads. Very upset customer.

My God... If a line cannot be attempted to be expedited, in a franchise establishment, if a mf has to bag their own s**** and the customer service is clearly irregular, if not outright hostile, this is not, I'm afraid, any business that does well based on any moral merit.
