Not a 24 hr service but yet keeps increasing your monthly/yearly rates , while their customer service is worse every day, the place is filthy they have no cleaners, women bathroom are horrible, showers changing rooms and bathrooms are always very dirty and wet! They have most of the time only one employee himself so in case of an emergency on the back or anywhere there is no one to assist you! We got our belongings stolen in front of us from the pool section it was a male he goes into the man’s locker room and there was no employee to assist we had to walk all the way to the front desk wet in our bikini very embarrassing to find out there was no one to assist terrible ? I have complained many times of the sauna people coming in after there work out clothes shoes n very sweaty it makes the place stinky smelling very bad, nothing has been done the back door should be close from the work out area to the pool section to avoid that and have an employee going around one in a while checking everything around the whole gym like before the pandemic I have try to speak with a manager several times when I come to be told that there is no manager at the moment I have been waiting for a phone call back or an email for over 2 weeks, finally last night there was a manager but no help no resolution to my request and I was told that if I was not happy I was welcome to just walk away! Is that how you handle business and treat your customers ??

Manager " Cory " yelled at my 16 year old daughter and got so angry he said he " couldn’t control himself " and had to step outside with balled fists. All because she reported a strange man following her. He was mad because the strange man was his friend.

Lunchtime weekday attendance:It wasn't too busy with racks and machines pretty open most of the time. Some of the racks are out in the open with no mirrors to check your form so that really sucked.I also needed to find 2.5 pounders and couldn't find any so that was disappointing as well.Otherwise, decent 24 hour fitness with enough racks and benches when it's not busy.

I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who has noticed that 24 hr gyms haven't been the most "maintained" of facilities since the new decade, but this place is probably as disgusting as Bay Fair. Mfs left whole beard and moustache shavings in the sink. Awesome!Sandbags are old aren't actually attached to the mount properly and machines and weights have all sorts of grime and rust on them.Pool is shallow as hell filled with enough chemicals to give you that radical hot new disease in the future.24 hrs is an absolute trash chain. I'm finding myself either a private gym or a smaller gym chain, because I have seen way better facility locations back @ Crunch, and they charge a lot less than this scam of a fitness center.

Very welcoming gym I'm a Planet Fitness guy and I love Planet Fitness but 24-Hour Fitness also has Good Vibes and everybody seems to get along I haven't seen no eagle lifting or nobody tripping it's a very good environment and there's a lot of music being played feels good to be there

I like this location even though it doesn’t have a steam room which I love - but however there pool is bigger which is a plus - and it’s workout area is more spaced out and they have a good protein section

Received a 3-day trial pass from their website and when I got to the gym they told me they don’t accept them. Feels like a lot to ask someone to commit to a $300 membership without seeing the place.

Went to this location this morning with a guest pass. Nobody at the front, with a sign saying register is closed. Decided to head to the locker room. Locker room is what I expected for a San Leandro location. A little gross but did the job.. I headed to the pool. Water temp was good. Met some nice ladies swimming. Very welcoming. Everything was great until after about 25 min in the pool I noticed my skin felt sticky. Ended up googling why that happens and basically it's because the water is dirty with peoples sweat and urine. Do you gets ever treat the water? My bathing suit smelled like I swam in a nasty lake.

People pay over $60 for a membership and this is what they get?? Members deserve more then this. I was thinking about switching from planet fitness just for the pool. But after trying this place, I am so good. If this is what their machines and bathroom look like I can imagine the pool. They don't have workers walking around cleaning like planet fitness. I understand we have to clean after ourselves but have someone refill the spray bottles!! I'll just stick to paying $20 per month with no pool.

Honestly I enjoy this gym because I love a group of fit women working out here. There is a you get crowd too so less creepy older men here.

Four stars for Oswaldo (maintenance) and Carlos (janitorial). They both do a great job, especially Carlos, who has kept the facility clean and wet room disinfected. It’s way better than it used to be a few months ago. Most of the staff are nice as well.
