0 stars, I would give negative stars if I could. Went to ship ups because the recipient requested ups, small package, didn't think it'd be too much no rush, 2"x5"x10" 2lbs maybe....... the woman quotes me $166. and I reply that seems high you must have something less like a ground there's no rush or flat rate from usps is only $15, so she offers ground @ $39 now keep in mind I needed ups. Not usps. I still mention that seems high and she states that's the least amount. So I cave and pay. Today I find out that I cannot retrieve shipping status bc it wasn't shipped ups. It was usps for over 2 times the flat rate. And now I'm irate. I'll never go back here. Please be aware if you go here. Check what Carrier and double check.

I came here yesterday morning to get a live scan, take back an amazon return, and mail a package... Christian was wonderful. He was so helpful, kind and patient. Just wanted to give him a shoutout!

This is my favorite UPS Store. Always fast, friendly and efficient. The store is always clean and well stocked. Employees are helpful and seem to know exactly what I’m looking for.

This is the best UPS Store in the area, by a long shot. Everyone who works here is so friendly and kind and has amazing customer service. I spend packages often and many times Jordan has been extra helpful in helping me find a box of the right size. Thanks!

This place is the worst UPS Store I've ever been to. The workers are extreeeeemely slow! There's always a line to the door no matter the time of day. They never notice if your package is just a drop off already labeled. They just stare at you while you wait and wait! They need new people asap

Came here because I saw all the bad reviews about the front desk lady who was rude. I wanted to see how bad it was since I needed a live scan. I was let down she was not rude at all. My experience was fine I was taking care of perfectly In&out in 20 minutes. The guy working the other line was very polite and moving people along fast for how many people were coming in.

There always seems to be issues with their computers or scanners; printed QRs fail, and the lady grabs the phone out of your hand to adjust image. 3. The lady od East Asian dissent gets mean, and is rude/nasty to the other employees, especially if they're a trainee. .. I'm going to Ladera from now on. clean, orderly and smells good.
