Here I go again selling another car to Paradise Automotive Group. After I bought my 2024 Ranger Raptor I no longer needed my weekend car so it was time to sell. Didn't even think twice before I called Matt over at Paradise Automotive Group and arranged a site visit so he could check out my tastefully modified 2021 Porsche Cayman. Matt and the entire team at Paradise Automotive are super easy to work with and offered me a very fair deal and the paperwork was handled within minutes,
Paradise Automotive Group is a Class Act and I highly recommend them for either selling an existing car or buying one of their amazing gems!

These guys were all a pleasure to deal with! They all worked hard to make it a smooth transaction. Niko was my salesperson and he treated me very well. He was very responsive through text messages and made sure all my questions were answered. His manager Jimmy was also extremely helpful and did the most to get me top dollar for my trade-in. Don't waste your time trying to sell your car privately! Bring it down to Paradise and let them trade it in for what you want!!!
They have an awesome selection of vehicles that are all in great shape. I love that they do a full inspection on all their cars and won't put anything on their lot if it doesn't meet their standards!
Even the owner is a super nice guy!! I would DEFINITELY come back again to purchase another vehicle and I am already talking to them again to sell my 90s sports car on consignment...

I saw an audi I really liked and got in touch with the sales team. Immediately I was put into a text-only based sales process. That should have been red flag 1. I requested to pay a reserve to hold the car and explained I am looking to buy from out of state. They finally got me a credit application which I filled out and then sat on it and sold the car to someone else after delaying the sales process at each step. Man, just tell me you didn't want to sell me the car, Michael.

No complaints about the truck I bought from them. My beef is with their honesty and shady practices. When negotiating the sale, I knowingly paid for a few options that they had slipped in because I thought it fair to pay for something I would appreciate having. Those included a Guardian GPS tracking device and window tint which were already installed and couldn't be removed. Long story short, I was never able to get my device registered with Guardian GPS to set it up. It took a year's worth back and forth with the dealer and the other company to realize that there is likely no such device in my truck. The window tint, which they said was new started bubbling and forming a white haze.
My emails to Paradise Auto have gone unanswered.
My dad once told me to never trust a used car salesman. I understand what he meant now. He had been a used car salesman.

Jimmy made the entire process of selling my car unbelievably smooth and stress-free. From the very beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly.
Jimmy clearly knew the used car market and helped me get a fair price for my vehicle. He kept me informed every step of the way and was always available to answer my questions. He handled all the paperwork and logistics quickly and efficiently and made the whole experience enjoyable, even though selling a car can feel overwhelming.
Jimmy even went the extra mile by drop me off at home. Overall, I can't recommend Paradise Auto highly enough.

Avoid this shady dealer at all costs! We bought a 2014 ram 2500 pickup truck from them, paid an extra $1,000 to have the guardian GPS installed. It's been over a year since and it still has not been set up after multiple calls and communications. Nothing. A total waste of $1,000! My husband even tried to get in contact with a representative from the guardian GPS. After a few text message communications, the representative just stopped replying to my husband's texts. Very sus all around. Total scam!

I bought a vehicle. It couldn't have gone any better. I see why their reviews are so good. They had a good vehicle. The outside mechanic who did the prepurchase inspection said that Paradise had done some good repairs to make the vehicle in the best shape possible.

Great service, great price, great communication. I price shopped them thinking they would be more expensive due to the dealership like quality but I was wrong. Paradice is the only place that will work on my BMW.

5 Stars to Niko for his great and friendly service, 1 Star to the fact that they added over 2k to the out the door price for pre installed products such as CLEAR SHIELD, GPS SYSTEM, VEHICLE WRAP, CILA JET...that was the deal breaker for me.

I needed to sell my dad’s 1966 Austin Healey on consignment and had a friend recommend Paradise Automotive. John Paradise was helpful from my very first phone call. He listened, answered my questions and put my mind at ease. We talked a few times and made arrangements for him to look at the car. John and his crew handled everything. I felt comfortable, informed and heard. The car sold within a month. And then John went the extra mile for my 87 year old dad. He drove the check to my dad’s house. I appreciate the integrity and honesty of each person I dealt with at the shop. John has cultivated a welcoming culture at his dealership. I would highly recommend Paradise Automotive.

Very satisfied with the quality service within the establishment. I drove an hour away from LA and was worth it, very clean modern environment. Lots of great inventory vehicles, Julie and Sebastian were excellent helping me take my new vehicle a 2018 Audi S4. They go above and beyond and felt treated just like family.

Unpleasant experience at Paradise Automotive Group. Their communication over text lacked reasonableness and, surprisingly, they wouldn't permit a test drive without pre-agreeing to a number for financing. Their sales team, especially Sebastian, could benefit from improved customer service training. I won't be considering them for any future purchases or even investing any more time. Strongly suggest potential buyers to explore other options.
