Don't go to Fergusons San Juan if you are looking for a tankless water heater. Got dressed down by a countere agent for not knowing what I needed. Cendensing, non-condensing, gas vs. electric, self pumping recirculation, # of BTUS,etc. Didn't offer to show me any products or explain what I needed. Said, "Guys like you loose their old water heater and think they can just come in here and buy a takless. Well, you need to know your stuff before you come to us."
As I walked away he's yelling at me "You'll spend $1500 to $3000 dollares". Well, I went to Home Depot and spent $1700 on a Rinnai. Never going back to Fergusons.

I was assisted by Bryce at the Ferguson San Juan Capistrano location. He was very helpful and provided fantastic customer service. I felt that he was competent and handled my needs effectively. Highly recommend Ferguson and Bryce.

Went there today for my first time because my plumber said we needed an extension piece. When I arrived the worker asked if I needed help and i explained what I needed. He stated that didn't exist and I would have to buy a whole new set, and then tried to sell me their set. The worker spoke in a very condescending tone and talked to me like I was an idiot while also criticizing my choice to buy my shower handle online. It felt as though he was speaking that way to me due to me being a woman in a plumbing supply store and assumed because I'm a woman I clearly know nothing about plumbing. If you're in the mood to be treated like a child this is the place for you, otherwise stay away.

Shout out to Anders at Ferguson - we are doing a bathroom remodel and his level of knowledge about the components we are installing was extremely helpful. I've been through the store a few times and all of the staff are professional and have a deep level of understanding of the products they sell. No need to be intimidated, they are super friendly and happy to help everyone from amateurs like myself to the pros. Keep in mind this is not the Ferguson showroom in Irvine where you can see the high end fixtures on display, this is the supply shop where they've got all the components to get things working behind the scenes.

This plumbing supply shop serves plumbers as well as those willing to DIY. Great selection of assorted parts and fittings. Beats the big box stores hands down, especially for unusual items. As a savvy DIY'er but not a plumbing experts, I greatly appreciated the help from the very knowledgeable staff. When it's not too busy, the staff is more than willing to answer some questions. So if you do some homework before going, they can give you the info you need to make your plumbing decisions. Just don't expect them to plan your entire plumbing project - if you need this then hire a plumber. Wished we'd known about this place when we had to fix some plumbing issues a few years ago and could not find the parts we needed at the big box store.

Only place you will need to visit for all of your plumbing needs. Easily "the best plumbing supply store in Orange County, CA". Top notch professional staff, like Anders, will help you better understand your hardware and machine options, make recommendations and put Ferguson Plumbing lightyears ahead of other stores, which really arent in the same league.I recently purchased a Navien 240a tankless water heater setup on Anders recommendation. My plumber, a second generation with over 30 years experience stood in awe and dubbed it, the "Cadillac of Tankless Heaters". So thank you again and I look forward to continuing to recommend this particular Ferguson branch in the future.

First, I want to thank Josh for his patience. I changed my order 3 times and he didn't show the least little bit of WTF. They didn't have the exact item I needed but went out of their way to "make" it. Nothing is perfect, they are a bit pricey

I myself honestly have not been there in a few years. But when I did go there I purchased a replacement pieces to replace a urinal in a toilet at my mother's bar the doheny saloon and it worked out perfect. The service was wonderful. Quick and easy. Thank you so much Kim Summers
