This used to be one of my favorite Whole Foods...pre- Amazon takeover I always enjoyed coming here. Grab some groceries, buy myself a meal, and even enjoy a beer in the taproom area afterwards! Store is always busy and crowded; it always seems hectic even though the self check out is very fast. They recently added back the self serve hot food areas; so that's been nice. Parking situation here has gotten really ridiculous. The extra traffic from Chick-a-Fila and from Amazon shoppers coming in and out makes parking really difficult. Also the workers are always in a hurry so they drive like madmen (or women) in the parking lot. During the peak of COVID last year, people just needed to be more mindful of spacing and keeping their masks on in general. The Amazon workers will literally reach over and around you to grab their items so they could be on their way. I don't know. This used to be a "fun" neighborhood spot but it just feels like I'm shopping in a warehouse now. Maybe I'm being picky, but I enjoyed the vibes from the past in the pre-Amazon days!

This is specifically for the bakery department. I've ordered from them multiple times before and Although not always the best, I tolerated because they were close and cheap. Wanted a rainbow birthday cake for my daughter and they had one with pistachios. I asked the clerk to take that layer out and substitute it with another and after a round of back and forth she said there was no availability for the weekend. Seriously?! Super annoyed. Did she just brush me off because she was having a bad day!? I later called Los Gatos And they were extremely helpful And the cake was bomb! I do not recommend the bakery here.

I’ve visited dozens of whole foods across the USA. This is one of my favorites. They’ve been going through quite a lot of remodeling during the Covid pandemic and I generally like what they’ve done. A lot of the changes have to do with the expanded delivery business. I like the produce section a lot. The staff does a nice job and keeps the store well organized and looking very clean and appealing. Parking is plentiful. Location is convenient near the Almaden Expressway exit off Hwy 85 with Trader Joe’s, Costco, and banks right across the street.

Well, sad to say this location hasn't changed since I was in about 2 years ago. Worst customer service ever at the bakery. Popped in for a quick few specific things. My daughters birthday and I was looking for something I could use to make a shortcake, (like angel food). I find listening to be a key factor when helping customers. I was cut off before finishing my sentence, given what sounded like a generic answer pertaining to what the man thought I was asking for. After proceeding to clarify I was cut off again but a more aggressive repeat to the first response. Rather than wasting my time any further, I handed the items I had already pick to the man behind the counter since I don't need to spend my hard earned money in a store like this. Off to Safeway I went. Thanks for showing me I'm not missing much Whole Foods. How about a refresher in customer service? Sincerely, a busy mom trying to simplify her evening after a busy work day.

Jessica was most helpful for me today while I was trying to find a couple of obscure ingredients I needed. Not only did she accompany me to the exact locations she also explained the items to me. What a gem of an employee you have there. She’s A Keeper.

Every single bag of red cherries contained mold during my previous visit and today. Disappointed. Otherwise this Whole Foods has been good.

Just called to ask one simple question, store person said she can't answer, won't walk over to check, wouldn't let me finish what I was saying, jumped to her answers. It's 8 in the morning and your customer service already starts with no?

I go here when I’m out of water ?I bring my 3 jugs of water and fill them up. The water tastes great! I also go here when I’m inspired to eat healthy but then 2 days later I go to Chick-fil-A since it’s so close ??. Whole Foods is an awesome place, they deserve 1000 stars ⭐️

Great experience here. They offer hand sanitizing wipes and hand sanitizer at the entrance to the store. Everyone is respectful of maintaining there social distance and at check out, there are guided dots on the floor to ensure everyone maintain their distance. The cashier is also behind a plexiglass divider to ensure their health and well-being. Whole Food is one of the few places I could actually find pear juice for my twin boys, especially since one is poop withholding (it's a terrible, terrible thing). On the plus side, found yummy rose lemonade in the juice and soda aisle, highly recommend.

I miss the bulk section! I hope they bring it back! I also miss the hot food section. The fruit and vegetable selection is good. Items there are pretty fresh. The fish and meat section is best in midmorning. Don't go too late because they run out of some meats later in the day. Good bakery and flower selection. I'm glad they moved the Amazon people to the "eating" area benches. I wonder now with things opening up what will happen?

I use to love this store, now it's practically intolerable. I'd go here every week, now it's maybe once a month if it's the store I'm closest to. For the following reasons: 1. No more 15 items or less unless self check out. You can end up waiting in a long line to buy a couple of items if your want to buy liquor (one bottle of Pliny for me). I ended up waiting a while while not one person was in the multiple self check counters. 2. Prime personal shoppers seem to have priority, or they act like they do. 3. Always enjoyed their sandwiches. After waiting 10 minutes while one person works the entire lunch section during lunch rush (a little after 1 p.m.) I'm told they were out of the sandwich I wanted. Why go back?

Arrived at the store 15 min. after it opened today. Went to the meat counter and was VERY aggressively told I needed to take a number. There was one person there besides me! I told the guy that and said I wasn't going to take one, because there was no need. He kept pushing and finally said he was going to pull one for me, which he did (laid it on the counter). He went into the back and, a few minutes later, a woman came out. Same thing with the number. Except by then, I was the only person there! The aggression was incredibly uncomfortable and I never want to return to Whole Foods again, despite having shopped there since it originally opened.

Cleanest store I have ever been in! Employees run up to you if they see you looking lost!? Or if your looking for someone with some question's!? They are right on it! Good Location! Parkinglot's usually has parking available!
