Had a bad experience with 2 store assistants / stockers today who looked like Latinos. One guy who was near the alcohol section suddenly got in my way and refused to switch. He said something quite arrogantly that I could barely hear. He didn't show any courtesy. I was forced to change sides as he refused to budge. Another one I came across near deli section. When I asked him about a product I was looking at, he seemed annoyed at my question and didn't even address it. They both had an air of entitlement. Quite surprising to see such in this store as I've shopped here a few times before and don't recall this kind of attitude or experience.

I love this Whole Foods. I don't get a chance to come here much because my life is so busy. However, this Whole Foods seems to me to be easier to get in and out easier than most. The staff is pleasant and friendly.

The service at the cashier was really bad the lady was unfriendly. The grocery options are less than other locations. Not recommended.

Stopped by on January 28th 2024 around 1pm. I used self check out. I was stopped 3 times because I was scanning items "incorrectly" only for employee to realize nothing was wrong. He had to use his code to override because he added items I had already scanned. After all this he decided to stand right behind me and continue to ask if I needed help. I replied calmly no thank you several times. He took it upon himself to continue his treatment. I completely understand theft is a problem but the treatment I received for no legitimate reason was disgusting. No apology! Check out time took so much longer because of this. I choose to pay higher rates for groceries for my experience . The way I continued to be treated was bizarre and disappointing. Shop elsewhere

We had such a horrible servce with the store stocker named "Virginia" , she was totally annoying and not helping at all. Her Manager came and told us she has been previously written up. She kept using slangs, yelling at customers , etc. Very unprofessional and rude

I do come to this place quite often. It's a rather expensive grocery store, I do prefer sprouts a bit more, but this place is closer to where I live. The customer service is good, everyones always super helpful here. I like how they have the fresh bread that you can buy unsliced. Sometimes they have deals on things, and I do like the produce. Would recommend the store

Came here 4x while I was in town and every single time I was haggled by some group of people out front asking for money for some sort of charity. Can someone just run errands with out being asked for something? These people are obnoxious and demanding. Let shoppers run errands in peace

Beautiful, clean market. Food a bit pricey. Central location west of Diridon Station and SAP Center. Healthier and fresher produce geared to those looking for a more organic diet with fewer additives. You can purchase freshly prepared food and eat at tables out front (great idea). The price is the only offsetting thing for many people. In case you're unfamiliar with Whole Foods, they're owned by Amazon (if you're returning anything to Amazon just bring it in with your QR code and they will ship it back for free; you don't need a box or label, they do all that!).

I go here when I want to grab lunch before my therapy sessions at the Alameda. I really like their sushi. It's just more expensive than other grocery store chains' sushi rolls and bentos.

This Whole Foods on the Alameda - customer service was horrible the other day. We've been customers since the day this site opened. We've been friendly to all the staff. The other day, we were overcharged and when we called about it we were treated with distrust. So we returned with receipt and product in hand and were treated like scum, disrespected. The customer service person was rude, spoke rudely to my husband, basically treated us as if we were stealing and lying. Our honesty and time was treated with complete disrespect. In response, I've decided to visit Sprouts even though its further away. I felt it was age discrimination - we're over 40 yrs old. I never expected this from Whole Foods.
