Negative customer service experience.
I have have been a Long term Wells Fargo customer because a parent worked for Wells Fargo. Wells Fargo has been part of my early years and has been a staple bank for me. I have always thought my kids would have Wells Fargo accounts. Or at least until today.
Came into the Santa Teresa Branch because they had the earliest available appt. Long story short, I was not able to move forward with opening my sons account. The branch could not accomodate a return with the needed item and told me another appt would need to be made. I explained needing to take time off and the inconvenience. When asking to see if anything could be done - When explaining due to my own bandwidth barriers, The female manager stated the branch could not accomodate us returning with the needed additional ID saying "She has a full schedule today" when further identifying out barriers the manager proceeded to state "I let you talk now you let me talk." Wow!
Wells Fargo Santa Teresa in SJ. We have other accounts including with San Francisco Fire Credit Union and three other non-Wells Fargo Banks and I chose you. I'm disssapointed no accomodations could be made - but that happens, but what was worse is the manner in which your manager - spoke to me- there are jsut certain things you do not say to customers.

I must agree with others about the long wait. Two tellers and 5-6 ppl waiting in line, some with long transactions. Meanwhile there are 2 ppl sitting behind glass doing ???, staring at us. One must be the mngr, because he received an envelope from Fed Ex and opened it immediately.

This branch is DEFINITELY the Best branch EVER! Branch Manager Francisco is always awesome and professional and willing to get in and help. Jane, their other manager is always helpful and very knowledgeable in pretty much everything I’ve brought in - and I have to mention that teller line! Talk about pure class and exceptional customer service! If you’re reading this, Corporate, y’all gotta give these hard working men and women a RAISE!!!

Very bad customer service. They put one person cashier with 15+ people inline. Waited for 20 minutes and finally bailed out. While the line was getting longer, 3 employees walking around and do nothing. Just one cashier. This is bad.

I would like to thank Jane the branch manager for her patients and clear guidance. I had my tax return deposit into a wrong account which she check to confirm and help guide me through the next process. Thank you again Jane, I appreciate you.

If I could give a zero rating on the service I received at the Wells Fargo Bank on Santa Teresa and Bernal, I would. I walked in to two co-workers talking near the front door and I ask who can help me with a name change on my credit card, the one lady walks away and I am left with Jesus Lopez who calls himself a Personal Banker. There was nothing personal about him. When I asked my question he starts to sigh and keeps looking at his watch. I said are you able to help me or is it time for you go home? He was so not interested in helping me, made that very obvious and sure enough, I left without any help. It took all of him to call whatever number he called to tell me I could not take care of the name change for my credit card in the bank and kept wiping his face and greasy hair and then touching my credit card and my license. Thanks Jesus and WF's for nothing!!!!!!
