This pharmacy is a Joke. It has happened more than 3 times, I call they say they have our medicines I go in and they don't give them to me because they don't have them, or because the pharmacists is not there. Today they said they will be theruntil 7pm I went in at 5pm and he wasn't there, I ha e an 8 month old baby and need the medicine Asap!

Terrible customer service and attitude from the pharmacist. They kept a child's medication on-hostage and would not take calls / faxes from the doctor to get the "clarification" they asked. Even if I called the doctor direct at the pharmacy and put them on the call, they refuse to talk to the doctor in the name of some archaic "rules". Really, you want to hold a kids critical medication on-hostage ? After fighting a whole day with a half day off from work, they made it the most challenging experience and not to mention again, the pharmacist attitude was poor and displayed ZERO empathy. If you have critical medicines for older people or kids, AVOID this place. Unreliable and cruel to say the least

Kulbir Sahota is the worst pharmacist. You're wondering why your prescriptions are messed up or vaccine appointment are messed up- someone who has been there for 20 years still doesn't understand people need their medicine for a reason.I do hope everyone transfers to this walgreens- more work for her.

Worst pharmacy that I have been. Since the Walgreens pharmacy on the Meridian Ave got closed I moved my prescriptions to this Walgreens and for the last 2 months they never gave my order correctly! They always make mistakes on the number of pills and put it on insurance and the doctor. It worths to go some distance but staying away from this pharmacy.

The absolute worst pharmacy experience that I've ever had. My medication is back ordered at my usual and many pharmacies so I have to call/ask around to see if pharmacies have it in stock. I called and after several failed attempts got no answer. Today I went in person to ask. The girl at the pharmacy told me that I need to ask my doctor to call them to see if my medication is in stock. I have already asked a few other pharmacies and I know that this isn't the case. Even my doctors office told me to call them myself.

Pharmacy is never open during the hours they say they are. The pharmacist always takes extra long lunch breaks and never reopens on time. They close early with no notice. The employees are total burn outs with bad attitudes and poor customer service. They don’t care at all about their jobs or their customers. I’m going to stop coming here. Walgreens has gone completely downhill the past few years.

The worst pharmacy I have ever used. The wait time is always ridiculous. Tried to call ahead, they hung up on me three times after 15 min of hold (wasted 45 min) to go in and wait another 45 min. DO NOT GO HERE. Absolutely horrible

I've gone to this pharmacy for 20 years and was satisfied until 2023. For some reason the pharmacist and staff have really bad attitudes and have made doing business with them an unpleasant experience. I would have to attribute this to the store management.

The store is substandard. I waited in the check out line and was the only one there and no one helped me for 20 minutes. If you want to ask the pharmacist a question, plan on waiting in line for half your day and they don't speak English so they can't help you anyway. . .

I'm annoyed when they display their operating hours but, don't adhere. I don't know what's going on with walgreens these days. Operating hours at this location are M-Sat,10pm closing... I get there at 9:45pm and they are closed. Another location somewhat nearby is a 24 hour store. They are often closed anywhere from 3am to 5 or 6am. I get it, staffing might be an issue... but, change your operating hours! It's been going on for a while, now.

Worst store ever. Wanted to pick up some photos, they would not serve us. Wasted 45 minutes waiting. Poorly run store that was understaffed. The staff does not care about anyone. Thye will likey go out of business soon. Dont go to this store unless you have an hour to waste hoping to get any service.

I don’t know what’s going on with Walgreens? I want to the Walgreens on curtner to get my photos to print my 4x6 photos. After waiting for a while they told both Kiosk computers To load my USB to are broken and I cannot print anything. So I decided to go to Walgreens on union San Jose and I waited for 20 minutes for somebody to help me. I’ll call the lady running a photo department. she said she doesn’t know anything about printing and I asked her to call the manager .This woman had no clue about anything seriously talks back to you with her nasty attitude and showed her dark emotions and uneducated creepy girl with a big mouth and loud .I brought Sophia the manager them to photo kiosk to help me, two photo that I wasn’t sure about and she said there’s nothing she can do for you and she left just like that. As she was walking away she was talking loud as she was walking away keep saying things about me to aggravate me instead of keeping her mouth shut and listen to the customer. I have my own business and customer always come first!Lmao lol.

I made an appt a week ago for vaccines. The appointment was for today, and I got a text this am saying it's cancelled. No reason. I called and waited on hold for 25 min to be told it was due to 'scheduling conflicts'. I explained that I needed it before a trip, and could we be fit in another time today. The answer was no, they were all booked. If I go back to the online scheduling system, I'd be waiting another week and that's too late. The person on the phone was rude and dismissive. I won't be trying to work with them again. Just awful.
