Had covid 19 vaccine appointment at 1:40pm, but the check-in itself took me 45 mins. This is insane! The staff member was so slow and they should have opened two windows at the beginning!

Worst Walgreens for pharmacy service, medication in stock, lack of communication, poor service and beyond long waits if your medication is ready! Go elsewhere!!! Save your time!

Very long wait times. Expect to spend 30-45 minutes here for simple prescription fills. Prescriptions are almost never ready.

It’s unfortunate for normal shoppers to shop through locked cases. Normal paying customers pay the price for thieves. Once you press a button, it may take 10 plus minutes for an associate to show up. No urgency on their side.

This Walgreens is close to my home, but that's pretty much it. I'm glad that this Walgreens store is still around so I can pick up my prescription medications, but I wish they had a cold food and snack selection like my friend, who works for Walgreens, said all Walgreens did.

I have nothing seriously against Walgreens, I'm glad that this establishment has been around even before we moved into the neighborhood they are one of the remaining establishment still around before 9/11. While I'm about to give them a bad review and a single star relating a mistake by the pharmacy I decided to just add a few stars and be thankful that they are still there.

This place is probably going to shut down soon. Log. Waits and pharmacy closed on Saturday until 2. Stuff looks junky and neighbor stores all closed down

They don’t use express pick up. Even the line said express pickup (pass only), you still need to wait in normal line.

Try and avoid this pharmacy. Horrible customer service and communication skills. You don't ignore patients especially when they are in pain. I'm in healthcare and I'm appalled with their behavior and lack of care. I wouldn't even give 1 star.

If you plan to take a lunch break for 1 hr, please do so. Nevertheless, dont put up a sign said your hours from 8AM-10PM.This means you operate during this window.Additionally, no one is deserve to stand in line for more than 5 mins.If you go down the street at CVS Berryessa and observe, the line move rapidly....when there are more than 3 customers in line, the pharmacist serve as a cashier........I suggest you "COPY AND PASTE", or hire more help!

Shout out to pharmacy and especially Kimberly in this location for the amazing customer service. I was looking for a medicine for a month and I had to call more than 50 pharmacies in south bay to be able to find my medicine after a month of search. Some places didn't even pick up the phone and some places didn't even bother to check their inventory for that medicine and they were literally super rude that made me cry couple of times. However, Kimberly showed an excellent service during my phone call and made sure I got all my answers. She was extremely kind and helpful. She asked all my questions to the pharmacist and made sure I got all the information I needed. I drove 40 mins from Los Gatos to this location to get my medication. Thanks to her I'm finally able to use my medication. Walgreens should hire more people like Kimberly and give good employees a good reward to keep them.

Came here for my COVID booster. Nice and easy and I was done in record time. Workers were all nice, but location feels outdated, but I think all Wal Greens are like that. Still pleasant experience. Try the chicken.

The store manager is absolutely hopeless!! Very rude and no care for the customer at all. Looks like he is aiming to shut down this shop!
