The folks at this location are super helpful, patient, friendly and knowledgeable. We all know it's a pia to deal with Verizon but at least these guys get you the numbers to call and the steps to take once you leave the store- which is what I needed when I went to transfer a bus acct to personal. 5 stars for the folks here!

What a nightmare switching from AT&T to Verizon. The team at the Verizon store was so so helpful. I want to say the gentleman that helped us was named Carlos. I totally recommend this store above all the other stores in the area because of the impeccable customer service. I had a lot of random problems with setting up my new iPhone and they were patient and willing to deal with al the hiccups. Definitely come through to this place! I know this is our go to spot.

Today, my Alcatel flip phone would not connect. Out of range it said. Took it to Sunnyvale Verizon, and he would not even look at it. It's about 2 months old. Told me nothing he could do. Buy a new phone. Went to Stevens Creek, and the super customer dude there fixed it in 2 minutes, by resetting it. Love this guy.

If I could leave 0 for this company I would. They lied about their "sign up deals", made me promises and basically have been the worst company that I have ever dealt with. They took my phone for a trade in promising 800. Dollars towards my "new phone" however, I have yet to see any of it and despite the promise of 45 dollars per line I have yet to receive a bill for less than 230 to 300 dollars per month. They have not come through with ANY of their promises. I am a disabled senior and they have bent me over and (fill in the blank) me. This is a WARNING this is a very unscrupulous cell phone company. They have NO deals despite what they promise. Run dont walk to any other company for your phone service or you will end up spending far more than you ever thought possible fir your next phone. This is all after they take your phone and send it away so you can not get out of their "no contract" contract. I am so stuck with no money left to change companies and my cell phone is my only connection to the outside world in case of emergency. Im left with no way out and no hope for any relief.

Thank you Enrique for the great outstanding customer service. Went in today after having a terrible customer service at El Camino Real location. Went to El Camino today to get my defective brand new iPhone replaced and the guy over there kept on telling me that I have to pay $50 to replace a brand new defective phone, he didn’t even try to call a manager or work out something. I walked out of there and I called up Verizon and finally got sent to the Steven creek location where I got a warm welcome from Enrique and got my phone exchanged. Thank you again for the great customer service

All I needed was to get my account unlocked so I can reset my password because the awful website doesn't do it functionally. I go in and the guy says it is literally a 1 second button press. I say okay. He leaves and I wait 20min. I just left.Btw there were at least 3 employees there. I told one of them I was in a rush and he was ordering sushi on the phone rather than helping me. I wait 5 min for him but he's still ordering tuna handrolls. My problem never got fixed and I wasted 20 minutes of my life.Get your act together.

I have been into this store twice in the last three days, and both times, a young man named Carlos helped me. He was intent on giving me the very information I was looking for, and looked up specs on the different phones to help determine what made the most sense for me--and would give me the most bang for my buck. He asked for input from another of the team members to back up his recommendation. And then, when it came right down to it, he discovered I could order a replacement phone under my protection plan--at $0 cost. What amazing service! The store is newer, beautiful, and not overly busy--at least when I was there. Highly recommended!

Came to this Verizon store my 1st time here .Enrique came up to help me with my new phone. He was friendly n very helpful n got my phone working within 30 minutes. Very knowledgeable with good troubleshooting skills. Highly recommended.

Went here with my mom the other day. We were referred here by the Verizon on blossom hill as the phone my mom wanted wasn't in stock there. They had the phone she wanted here though and put it on hold for us until we arrived. The location itself is very beautiful, kind of a busy street but they have a good sized parking lot in the back of the building. We were seen right away, told them we were referred by Blake from the other location and the manager Salvador was able to help us right away. They unfortunately didn't have many choices when it came to cases for the specific phone my mom was getting but apparently that's because the company isn't going to continue making phones, though Salvador did reassure us that the phone model she was getting was still a good one. The process overall was rather quick as we already knew what phone she was getting, Salvador was very kind and efficient while making us feel at ease. I never once felt like he was just trying to sell us something, only asking for what my mom actually wanted and giving his own feedback in regards to those items that her received from other customers. Paying for everything was a breeze, they had a kiosk that streamlined the process as well as a barrier on the side so the staff can still communicate and help you. I think we were out of here in under 30mins and that was only because Salvador had tried to find more case options for the phone. Overall a very pleasant experience here. Also they had AC which was very nice on a warm day!

Got a new ?, started having issues, went back and got a new phone. Was handled pretty quickly and nice customer service. If only there was a way you could just call the place directly instead of ending up in an automated recording limbo.

Came in to grab a phone for father in law. Unfortunately we had to leave before any transaction could occur. My kid needed to use the restroom but we were told restrooms were not for customers. All inclusive bathrooms do not include customers or kids. Difficult situation for everyone.

Drove all the way here to return the phone so I could get a new one. No customers in the store. Three sales reps available. They tell me to drive 20 minutes to another store because they're only taking appointments but nobody in the store.

I use to love Verizon but they’ve priced themselves out of the market for us. I’ve been a customer fir over 10 years and never get any new deals, unless you want to add a new line. I just cancelled and not only do they not prorate usage and give a refund for days not used you have to pay for the full month.... crooks
