Cheaters and liars. Never trade in with your phone. They had upgrade trade in option for iphone 14 pro. They supposed to discount $800 for new phone. They make me pay $800 plus they took my phone that costs at least $300 and they call it $800 discount. It means i paid $1900 dollar for iphone that costs $1,099 in Apple store.

not very helpful, they weren't busy but still claimed that it was going to take them 1hr to help me.besides, low inventory on phine cases for the same phones they sell.

The Sales Associate that I dealt with was very friendly. However, she lied to me about the charges I had to pay. She put $130.00 worth of extra equipment on my bill in addition to adding an extra line to my plan without informing me of either. I will find it extremely hard to trust any sales associate from Verizon after my experiences here.Update: Switched to T-mobile a couple years later lol

What is going on at this location?!? "Appointment only" yet there are 12 people in the store, 7 were verizon reps. 4 were sitting around joking and chatting. They dont "allow" walkins and you are not allowed to wait around in case other appointments no-show. What the heck is the deal here. "Customer service" is "customer enablement", this place is managed to literally BLOCK you from getting help. Verizon obviously doesnt use their time well, or value their customer's time. So easy to make this better

Employee always say they “ it’s by appointment only”. They told 2 other people that and then helped me and I didn’t have a. Appointment. Then they tried to help me purchase a phone and ended up making it worse. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else

If i could give no stars i would we walk in there is two associates one is helping a man we tell the other man we are greet d by we are here trying to upgrade our phones he says we have to make an appointment because it's only them two and he can't help us but he has no customer it's 2 hours before the store closes so why couldn't he help just rude and bad customer service they must not work on commission no more just lazy

They said they open at 9am on Tuesday and I went there to add a line for my family.Nobody was there , door was locked until 9:15 am and I have to navy to work so I return without service taken. I am a Verizon customer since 4 years and I think it’s a time to move on .I wish they have better professional staff and management.Very sad

I had the worst experience ever with customer support. So when we joined them apparently there was a contract that the worker never ever went over it with us before we left. And we left this company because we never got any service anywhere and after we left they emailed us a bill along of money we owe them back all because they gave out prepaid card every phone line we rolled over and if we left early before the contract you will have to pay all that back and how are we suppose to know if they never went over the contract with us I never even knew there was a contract so I'm frustrated because I can't pay this bill and I tried to call the support and they said sorry can't do anything about it and to be honest they probably can they just don't want to so I'm so mad right now NEVER EVER GOING BACK TO VERIZON EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!AND YOU SHOULDNT EITHER

I have been a Verizon Customer continuously since 2009. I would not recommend for Verizon to anyone just because they are the most expensive carrier in the world.I believe their network is one of the best that's out there.My experience at Verizon has been rather mixed. Sometimes they are exceedingly helpful and sometimes they are exceedingly rude at this location.
