The lady who was helping us was rude and yelling. If she doesn’t want to help citizens, then don’t be rude to people you are serving. Many people do this paperwork after many years go minor guidance is needed. Working staff doesn’t have to be rude whe providing service to customers. USPS needs to train their employees who directly deal with customers. Rude rude rude service.

Shoutout to Harry for taking me in right before they closed even though I did not have an appointment for a new passport application. He is incredibly knowledgeable, super kind, funny and the whole process went by very quickly. He knows what he is doing. Give this man a raise!!

DO NOT WAST YOUR TIME HERE! It doesn’t even deserve one star. Don’t come here for Passport walk-in. The male staff who is responsible for the passport services takes long breaks and just lets the people waiting in long line without taking even one party in one hour and an half. The female staff on the right hand side of the counter was also rude.

Don’t ever come to this usps for any service, their service is awful. They make me waited in line for so long even though I have an appointment for my passport application, the officer charged me $2 for 2 photocopies but asked me to put $0 on the experience survey (as he doesn’t charge me anything). I asked him for the reason but he just said that I don’t need to know. This place is just so weird and deserve to have the worst customer services. The workers there also seem to not wanting to help anyone. A lot of people were waiting for hours without getting any service. Save your time and avoid this office at all cost!

The male staff responsible for processing passport applications inside “Passport Office” was very rude, and impatient with the long line of people for passport application. He was especially rude to walk-in applicants who didn’t had online appointments in advance, and refused to take walk-in applications despite no other applicants with advanced appointments. He walked out his “Passport Office” multiple times for long breaks, and left a lot of walk-in applicants waiting for his return to “Passport Office”. He only took care about one party of walk-in applicant in around 2 hours, and left all people waiting for him. On the contrary, the front desk female staff who was really helpful to take care of walk-in applicants whenever no other customers with mailing needs. Many thanks to that front desk female staff who helped processing the passport applications, so some walk-in passport applications can at least be submitted, and be taken care of after around 4 to 5 hours of waiting in-line.

Works wonders for walk-in passport application process if you have all the documents that the applicants are expected to bring along with them to file in the application.Enough parking spots obviously as it's located inside the mall and there is plenty of spots to pick and choose as to where you could park. However this was my first time and I parked on the other side altogether though it's a nothing more than a bit of a walk to the USPS store in the mall.I got in there around 9:45 AM and got myself as the first applicant in line ( walk-in- as I didn't have an appointment at this USPS location) and stood by the passport application counter. Within an hour or so there was a line behind me as walkins before the store would open at 11:00 AM to process the applications.Carmelina is God sent when it comes to helping customers especially with the passport application process. My interaction from start to end would not have been more than 5-7 minutes whereby she verified the documents, setup the package that was needed to be sent across (as well on top of that made a copy of my Driver's license as the one that i had taken in was a bit blurry and she mentioned that she obviously would not want the application to be put on hold or denied because of that- Extremely kind of her to do that). There could be days where they take less number of applicants due to their resources/workers available who can help with the processing aspect though they definitely do their best and go out of their way to help.I witnessed that first hand and was simply amazed!!!

The most horrible service imaginable. Stood in line from 11 AM to 3PM for passport. We were next in line when the agent came out and said she was not taking anyone else. This process should take 15 mins we met the line with 5 or 6 people in front of us not sure why it took 4 hours and still not helped. Absolutely awful service and wish I knew the name of the worker to report them for poor slow service. For additional context this is being in line with a 1 month old baby. Again I can’t say how horrible this was.

Worst US post office I have ever been. They lock the drop box all the time and want customers waiting in the line just for quick dropping off. It’s fine but when I was in the line with nobody in front of me the staff still asked “Are you in the line”. She would like me to wait until the previous customers finish filling the forms then my turn but those people were writing their form at the table on the side. Very disrespectful

by far the worst passport experience ever, online appointments don't even work most of the time, walk-ins are rare and they have one person behind there so they will always be behind so good luck on getting in without an appointment. but glad they have 3 people for the main us postal services to not help in passport ever, what an actual travesty this place is.
