This branch is made perfect by its employees! They care so much specially Katerina. She is always helpful especially when I get there late in the day she has never once made me feel unwelcome. I appreciate Katerina's charisma and care. She has helped me so much through the app as well as over the phone with my car financing; new credit card and etc. specially during covid. Even my mother switched from Chase to this branch of US bank since Katerina has been so patient with helping her. It is important to people like my mother who have immigrated here from another culture to feel respected as they would be despite their language issues.

Absolute worst staff, I dont know what kind of manager keeps these people employeed. They would not last a day at Wells Fargo. DISTRICT MGR take note: -Tried to make a very small withdraw and the teller (asian lady) has only small bills, Not even one 100$ bill. INSTEAD OF HER going to another register to get some she tells me if I want large bills I need to get back in line and wait for the teller who has been talking to his coworker for god knows how long. This is after I have been waiting for awhile already. Everyother bank the teller goes and gets what they need not make you go stand in line for another teller! Unheard of. -The issue with the other teller working: someone tell him when you have a customer waiting you help them instead of going and talking to your coworker forever. Unbelievable. He is just standing looking at the coworkers computer screen for god knows how long. Do that after you handle your customers. -Rude, lazy, unprofessional staff. I waited and waited then finally left without being serviced. The service was so bad that I decided to go to another branch and close my acct. However the staff at the other branch was the complete opposite that changed my mind. Please take them to a field trip to the campbell branch so they can learn customer service. If you bank at US bank then stay away from El Paseo Saratoga branch until they train their staff. Distrct mgr or corp if would like to reach out for more info please do, but not branch mgr because I dont think there is any helping you if you have these ppl working the way they do. Remember you are their to service the customers, you are not doing them a favor by doing a simple withdraw.

When I do come into this branch, I always receive great . The people are friendly and professional. I usually do my banking online but once in awhile I do have to come in person and they're very welcoming and helpful.

If I could rate this bank negative I would, I don't think I have ever been asked for my social security number to cash a check, I have a valid government ID, I think that should be enough. And how is this place running a bank if they don't carry 3,000$ on hand? I'm sure the little frail manager just didn't wan to change my check. And that's the reason I love chase. They are the most easy honest people to work with. You suck US bank, I'm sure you'll run out of business soon with your GROSS customer service,

My concern is primarily with US Bank and it's policies/practices, which I find problematic in terms of customer service. More specifically, I find that this branch does not go out of its way at all to make that customer service acceptable. Despite the fact that I had five accounts with them, they decided to close one of my accounts for inactivity make that customer service acceptable. Despite the fact that I had 5 accounts with them, they decided to close one of my accounts for inactivity and to escheat my money to the state even though I had dealings with them on the other accounts each and every month.

Their customer service lacks integrity! The sales & service coordinator (Joseph Rocha) and teller (Sally Unzueta) are prejudice to consistent customer service.

All tellers are friendly, and find solutions for all your problems. Never would go to another financial institution. Have had great experiences with the el paseo branch. Better than bank of America or wells fargo.

US BANK has been our bank for many many years. I can not say enough about how nice and helpful they are. Always pleasant and professional. Often times filling out the withdraw or deposit slips for me.😊
