This is an honest review:
Let me just tell you, at first it was 5 stars review and a month later it’s changed to 1.
A few things to look out for:
1- they will charge you $1000 for a gps unit installed on the cars that is overpriced and unnecessary just so they can make some money on you. I made them not put the gps on mine
2- they will upcharge you $500 for door guards( the lining of inside of the doors) which you can do for less than 150$ yourself
3- they are not honest and will lie as every dealership does.
4- just don’t buy from them.
Keep reading if you want the story. I found the car I loved and they had it I made a deal with them and got it and once I took it to the actual dealer of that car (Alpha Romeo) where they did a whole diagnostic on the car. They found the timing belt cover was cracked and engine was leaking oil.
They found that the car had been hit in the front and back bumpers which threw the sensors out of alignment and a bunch of stuff stopped working and wasn’t covered since it was an accident that caused it. They found breaks at almost 10% left. I called the dealer and told them they better fix it or I’ll bring the car back and they agreed. I dropped the car off and was told it’ll take two days. It’s been a week now and just got informed it’ll be another few days. Where they could’ve just paid the actual dealer to do the work but all they care about is $$$$. I would’ve came back and bought another car there as I will be needing one soon but that’s a no go. Long story short. be very careful dealing with them as they will try to f you over and the customer isn’t on their priority list

Issak was super helpful in answering my questions and giving me lots of time to check out the vehicle and test drive. The financing and paperwork was fast and easy. Only gripe about my experience is every car on the lot has a $1,000 GPS/Theft Tracker device installed and some door bumpers ($300) already installed and cant be removed so the price is really $1300 more than advertised. All modern BMW's already have GPS tracking built in so you end up paying a $1,000 for something the car provides from the factory through the my BMW App. I get it, they need to make money but no one mentioned this until I sat down to make the final purchase. They need to be more up front with this information.

Do not be fooled by the sticker price. I was charged an additional $2,000: $1,500 for a Starguard GPS tracker and $500 for door edge and finger protection film. I'm giving one star because, during the signing process, my wife and I were not informed about the GPS tracker at all. The salesperson guided us through signing the paperwork without mentioning it.

We worked with Guillermo when looking for a used car. He was outstanding. Not your typical sales man/dealer who just tries to sell you any car, but instead he listened to our needs, was understanding of our scenario and was always willing to work with us through several weeks on what we wanted. He was never pushy and was very friendly and professional. Highly recommend working with him if you get a chance.
